Welcome to Centrum 302. Across the plaza from the Conference Center next to the Mountain Village duck pond, you're steps away from the Gondola and ski runs.

This deluxe condo with 180-degree views (looking southwest) is located on the third floor accessed by a security-coded elevator. You enter the condo into a tiled mudroom. The kitchen is located to the left of the entry. The full kitchen has granite countertops and three bar stools at the breakfast bar. The washer/dryer is located next to the kitchen. Directly in front of you from the mudroom is the living room where there is a 42-inch flatscreen TV with a DVD player, a gas fireplace, a dining room table with seating for six people, and a 400-disc CD player. Directly off the living room is a deck with southwest views of the Wilsons and alpine sunset that overlooks the plaza and ice-skating pond.

Down the hall off the living room is the Primary Bedroom with a queen bed, 15-inch flatscreen TV, and private bathroom. The bathroom includes a jetted tub, separate steam shower, and stone details. Also off the hall is the second bedroom which has a split king and private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Please note that the living room, primary bedroom, and twin bedroom TVs have access to full cable service.

The complex is less than 100 yards from ski school, Lift #4, Gondola, and Lift #1. The unit has a ski locker available as well as room in the entryway for boots and coats. In the summer season, the Centrum complex is in the heart of the fun in Mountain Village - high ropes course adventure for kids, and new world-class mountain-biking trails.

All AvantStay guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities.

- There is no A/C at this property.
- Bedroom 2 can be combined to make a king bed.
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates.
- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.
- Please note that the golf course is members-only, and guests do not have access to it.
- Due to the centralized core location snow removal is difficult with walkways below. Please note, that some or all of the deck may not be usable in the winter months.

Parking Details:
- There is parking in the underground garage for one vehicle; the clearance for the garage is 9'4".
- Local parking lots available for additional fees. Please see the booking hub for more details once booking is confirmed.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

Beautiful and comfortable stay in Telluride

I loved the condo. It was close to the lifts and had everything we needed. It was spotless, and communication with the management company was easy and clear. If I come back to Telluride, I would happily stay here again.

Affordable condo in the heart of Mountain Village in Need of TLC

For the price, this place is hard to beat. We’ve stayed at this condo four times in the past 10 years, and the only negative is that it’s beginning to show its wear. For example, the majority of the windows were broken and could not be opened, which was a bummer, but it’s hard to complain about much when you’re in Telluride.

Excellent Place and Great Location

Located right above the shops and restaurants in Mountain Village, and a short walk to the free gondola to Telluride, this condo is perfectly situated for parking your car in the garage on arrival and leaving it there the entire stay. The condo itself is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities of home. Great stay!

Great location and perfect for small family

Property was close to the slopes and perfect for a small family. The only issue we had was a truck was parked in our assigned spot the first day we arrived which made it difficult to get things done. After several hours the truck eventually moved and everything else was wonderful.

Colorado Fall Colors

Property and location in Mountain Village was the perfect place as a starting point for hikes in Telluride and the surrounding area to experience the peak of Fall colors in the high county. We were close to Gondola to ride into Telluride for meals and site-seeing without having to deal with the limited parking in Telluride. Will definitely return in future years!!!!

This condo is excellent!

My family stayed at this condo for 10 days in August 2015. This is a very nice condo with newer furnishings, it has a great view of Wilson Peak from the balcony and living room picture window, in a convenient location near the main Mountain Village Plaza, the floorplan is open with the 2 bedrooms down the hallway. We opened all the casement windows and enjoyed cool breezes through the roomy living room. We cooked dinner in the nice kitchen a few times, the master bathroom has a huge and very nice jetted bathtub that we used almost every night. This was probably one of nicest condos I have ever rented. I would highly recommend this condo.

Nice place, great location.

The condo was very nice and just what we were looking for with our toddler while in Telluride for a long weekend. The location was easy to find and convenient to everything in Mountain Village and the gondola to town. The outdoor patio was also lovely to sit on while our son was napping and to enjoy the sunset. My only complaint was that it seemed like the place hadn’t had a deep cleaning an while - when the breeze came in the windows dust bunnies appeared around the living room along with dirty from the area rugs. The appliance are older and the washer didn’t work, but when I called property management was willing to send a maintenance man over right away. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Womens' Ski Retreat Wkend

We are 3 women who attended the Telluride Womens' Ski Retreat Wkend. That event was great and this condo was perfectly suited for it. Clean, spacious, nicely appointed, beautiful views and an easy walk through the village to the lift. Check-in was easy to follow (provided all relevant codes and directions). Garage was very convenient. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was suitably stocked. Only suggested areas of improvement: we had trouble controlling the climate the first couple days (very warm) and the pillows were not as comfy as beds ... but other than that, I highly recommend this property and the mgt co. Thank you.

Poor instructions for parking, had to call concierge. Took several tries to find correct garage door. French door locking pin was broken off. Called concierge. Unable to get fixed during our stay. French door not secured. Couldn't access DishNetwork or TV or Internet on first day. Needed to put in service request. Property is worn and dated. Kitchen cabinetry is stiff, two florescent bulbs out, pots and pans worn out. Not a good value based on the rate we paid.

Pros: Excellent location in the middle of Mountain Village; close to gondolas, restaurants, stores, hiking, biking. Underground parking and easy access and very safe.. Good beds and well-stocked kitchen. Cons: There are several maintenance issues: 1. Master bedroom: Toilette flush - handle/flapper need replacing and/or repair. Same applies to the hallway toilette. Crank handles on window missing and/or broken off. Door handle and lock on patio door hardly function. 2. 2nd bedroom: Flushing mechanism (toilette) is not properly affixed to the wall, or possibly somebody tried to pull rather than push to flush. 3. Dining table light: 1 lightbulb burned out 4. Animal dander. Serious problem for people with allergies. All in all I would consider it a comfortable place.

Good location but needs some attention

We stayed in Centrum #302 for a long President’s Day weekend recently. We very much enjoyed its central location adjacent to the Fairmont and the core of Mountain Village. The living room, dining area and kitchen were all well-sized and nicely decorated. And the two balconies (living room and master bedroom) were extra nice and provided spectacular views of the major peaks around Telluride. The real-fire stone fireplace and ski-related décor provided a warm, rustic-mountain appeal for the unit. And we also enjoyed having that extra ½ guest bathroom right off the living area for the extra convenience it provided. There were some items of concern and disappointment however. The two bedrooms are rather small, but the master bedroom queen bed was adequate, and the king bed setup in the guest-room was acceptable. Some TLC in maintenance and upkeep are needed. The table lamp in the guest room did not work – its stem was broken off. The toilet in the master bath was leaking and its handle was falling off when we checked in (management did send someone to replace the handle, but the internal valve-stand was still leaking). All the toilets are out-dated with too-small seats and old fixtures; they need to be updated with more modern, quiet and well-appointed standards. Some of the ceiling and living room floor lamp light-bulbs have been replaced with mismatching LEDs – the new LEDs are “daylight” color while all the other non-LEDs are typical incandescent “soft white” color; this mismatch combo of light colors is off-putting and strange. The included Apple TV does not work, nor does the steam shower in the master bathroom shower. The clock on the wall next to the kitchen counter was not working – needs battery replaced perhaps? Some other items that were missing or did not work include: ski locker key did not work (management did replace the key, but the ski locker still does not stay locked very well; dishwasher makes a strange whining/squeaking sound when running; there was no paper towel holder anywhere; there were no scrub brushes or sponges to wipe off dirty dishes; and the two main large racks in the refrigerator door were missing their front panels so there was not place for large milk cartons or wine bottles here. The TV/stereo cabinet doors in the living room will not stay shut. Lastly, for the entire time we were there, the unit was incredibly too hot. We turned all the thermostats down to the lowest settings or completely “off”

Nice 2BR (1 master suite and 2nd BR with 2 smaller beds)... each had own full bath. Reasonable size kitchen. Laundry/Dryer. Comfortable family room with gas fire and TV. Easy walking to (1) Mountain Village town square; (2) Chairlift #4 and (3) Gondola to downtown.

The location is excellent, buy the condo is unfortunately not well maintained and provides what you would expect from a 2 Star hotel. Broken, worn and dirty furniture. Master bath vanity sink faucet is loose. Spare bath toilet and shower need repairs/upgrade. Poor paint touchups and peeling paint in areas. Toilet seats need to be replaced throughout. Light bulbs are burnt out all over. Beds and linens are very cheep quality. Patio door is very difficult to open/close and it does not lock. Kitchenware needs to be replaced, no baking sheets. Garage access requires code to open door then push button from inside to open big door. Elevator has separate up and down codes. Front door has a code. So you have to remember 4 different codes during your stay. Lots of room for improvement.

Location was amazing. Leaves where changing in the fall, wonderful sites. Check-in and check-out really easy. The parking garage was a bit hard to find at midnight but otherwise no issues with anything.

Comfy condo

Great location and view. Good layout, and equipped with all the appliances we needed. Also had lots of board games for us to play with our kids and a ton of movies. Flip-on fireplace kept us toasty all night. Washer didn’t fully drain after rinsing, but not a problem as dryer worked fine. Other than that, only change I’d recommend is to change out the cushiony toilet seat in the master bath with something more modern and firm. Loved the place and would definitely stay here again!

Great location -- in desperate need of attention to detail

This condo has a beautiful corner patio with view of mountains. It is close to gondola that takes you into the town of Telluride as well as walking distance to restaurants and shops. You could stay here without a car. The photos are accurate but do not show the items in the condo that are in disrepair. The management company so far has been good, we had one small issue they took care of quickly. Let me list the problem areas: The carpet has lot's of big stains. Knobs are falling off of pantry door. Some of the cabinent doors do not close properly. Screens do not fit windows and allow bugs in (we are here in Summer and have to have windows open). Chipping paint on walls. The refrigerator does not regulate properly and has ruined half our food. Patio was compromised by lack of access to umbrella and chair cushions as well as chipping granite that has not been swept away and tracks in the unit. Kitchen is reasonably furnished, with a couple of glaring exceptions: need 1 large skillet (2 tiny ones provided that are in bad shape) and the coffee makers needs to be replaced, the coffee is not hot. Bathrooms are somewhat updated and in good working order -- good shower, tubs, etc. A little bit about us -- we travel often and are VRBO "frequent flyers" -- we expect the homes we stay in to be equipped, clean and in good working order -- we don't expect luxury. We felt compelled to give an honest review so it can warn potential renters. Our assessment is this condo has great potential but needs some TLC from it's owners. We would not stay here again nor recommend it to others.
