Beautiful home along 30A within walking distance to the beach and the coastal dune lake is only 0.3 mile away. You will find biking and walking trails along the quietest and nicest part of 30A.

This is a comfortable family home with lots of room to spread out and relax. Soothing colors of grey, white and blue will calm your senses while breathing in that beach air. The front porch has rocking chairs and the back screened porch is enjoyable. There is a foosball table for fun for all ages and cornhole to play outside. A large outdoor entertaining area with a new outdoor BBQ grill, firepit and more.

Upstairs, you will find the oversized master suite with king bed and en suite bathroom. The first guest bedroom has a new king bed for comfort and the second guest bedroom is fun for the kids with a twin over twin bunk bed and separate lofted twin bed. Comfy seating in this room will make it fun to play the provided Nintendo Wii! There is a good size full bathroom with shower/tub combo for your convenience. Also upstairs you will find the full size laundry room with washer and dryer.

The community of Santa Rosa Golf Villas has a beautiful community pool and lounge chairs to soak in the Florida sun and cool off with a refreshing dip in the water.

Wonderful place to stay

Very impressed and It lived up to the pictures. Very clean, beds were comfortable and worked great for the 6 of us (youngest being 17). I would highly recommend this place and would not hesitate to return again in the future.

Great place for a family vacation

This was a great home for a family vacation. It was a little bit of a walk to the beach, we actually preferred driving and parking instead. The bunk room did stay a little warm and the fan didn’t work so we had to buy our own to keep the air circulating. The inside and outdoor space were great and accommodating to all! We would definitely stay here again!

Santa Rosa Beach House

Spacious and well-equipped home suitable for family within a short drive or walk to beach. Home featured up-to-date furnishings and appliances, screened porch and patio with grill and fire pit. Family-friendly neighborhood with pool on property. Very nice and relaxing after a long day at the beach.

One of the Best Experiences We've Had

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This may have been the best experience we've ever had with a rental company. They were easy to get ahold of, had EXCEPTIONAL customer service, and were friendly and kind. Even though our rental needed some normal maintenance during the week, it was not an inconvenience and their text messaging system was exceptional for communicating.

Loved everything about our stay

My husband and I were impressed with all of the amenities of this property. Perfect location for us - 15 min walk to beach/2 min drive. Appreciated the chairs and umbrella for use at the beach! Loved the screened porch area. Seating/set up in house was perfect for the time we spent in the house. Appreciated the pans/utensils, etc available since we made breakfast every morning before hitting the beach. The Santa Rosa Beach access was amazing and the beaches were the best in the area- so beautiful! We loved the whole area - but this little neighborhood was so great - close to what we needed but away from the busier 30a and 98 noise. It was just a 1 1/2 mile walk on a paved walking/biking path to the Gulf Place shopping area with great restaurants/shops. There was a bike rental place also which we didn’t take advantage of this trip. First time ever on the Emerald Coast but definitely won’t be our last!

Everything great, except some small issues...

Loved everything about the house, with the exception of some small things. First, there were no replacement trashbags for the kitchen can. With six of use, we filled that can quickly and had to use plastic Walmart bags to get us through the week. 2nd, someone changed the pool code mid-week and we had to track them down to get it.

Perfect home for our family!!

We absolutely loved this wonderful home and neighborhood more than we could’ve ever imagined. We even added a night to our trip because we just weren’t ready to leave. It is such a quiet area and the home is a very short drive to the beach as it took us just 2 minutes to drive there. The pictures online just don’t do this house justice. It was perfect in so many ways. The kids loved the bunk beds and the loft bed, and the Wii is such a great touch to have something to do with the kids when you’re not at the beach. The Foosball table was a hit as well. And wow, the master bedroom is incredible. It is huge and very comfortable. The layout of the interior and the decor were very nicely done too. We felt like it was our own home during our stay and could see ourselves owning a house just like this someday. I’m very sincere and genuine when I say that. The back patio area is so nice too with the fire pit and charcoal grill. We were sad to leave, but there is no doubt we plan to stay in this home again someday! We look forward to that opportunity! Perfect place for our family!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were able to stay in this house for the second straight year, which made our kids very happy. They love this house (mom and dad do too!) and it’s just a 2 minute drive to the beach!! If you wanted to go for a walk, you could walk to the beach. But I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re bringing beach chairs, sand toys, coolers, etc. It’s probably around 15 minute or so walk. We feel right at home in this house and hope we get to stay there again in the future. The Santa Rosa Beach area is a great alternative to Destin as it is quieter and not as busy, but it’s a growing area with plenty to do. You must eat at Stinky’s and Pizza by the Sea! And Destin is less than 30 minutes away. We go to this area in September, which leads to smaller crowds too. But that’s how we like it. I also wanted to say a huge thank you to Pam and her management team as our refrigerator quit working before we arrived on Labor Day. We went to the grocery store before we checked in, so we had to throw a few cold things out like milk and cook other things before they spoiled. The maintenance team arrived first thing the next morning to try and fix it, but they had to order a part. The part did not arrive while we were there, but we got a large mini fridge in its place. And Pam brought us ice multiple times! It was a huge help! The mini fridge obviously has its limits with space, but we didn’t let it ruin our stay at all. We usually have a filtered water pitcher and we brew our own tea, so we couldn’t do it this time. Pam & her team’s quick response and concern for our situation greatly impacted our positive response and our attitude regarding the issue. We were grateful for that. We can’t wait for our next trip to Santa Rosa Beach and we look forward to using My Vacation Haven again in the future! 🌴🌴 ☀️ ☀️

Very disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very disappointed in our stay and how the issues we had were handled.We had rusty steak knives and asked them to be replaced. Someone from the rental company advised they would be, but they never were. The bunk room ceiling fan was not working. The maintenance guy came and replaced the battery in the remote, however, he must not have checked if that was actually the issue because the fan still did not work.The outside string lights were not working either. We were also told they would be replaced and the guy would go to the store to get some, but they never were replaced. We could not sit outside and enjoy time together and grilling was very hard since we had to use our phone flashlights to provide any light.Also I did not see any advertising when booking about a discount but later learned there is a military discount and my husband is in the Navy. Again, we are disappointed at how this was all handled because we should not be paying this money for a place with things not working or not as functional.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second visit to this property. It’s comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet, and it’s a perfect walk to the beach. The only thing I would suggest is the beach chairs and umbrella the house provides should be replaced.
