Welcome to our beautiful home located in Oak Island, NC. This peaceful home includes live oak trees in the backyard that back up to the Davis Canal. You will have direct water access to the ICW - navigable water for your motorboat, kayak, canoe or jet ski. Enjoy fishing and crabbing off your private dock.

This home is three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and offers comfortable sleeping for eight guest - one king bed, one queen bed and two sets of bunkbeds. Ruko TVs included in all the bedrooms. With three separate living areas, a large deck & a fishing dock there is plenty of space for everyone to have fun!

Our fully stocked kitchen is ready for you to prepare meals or any occasion. Our dining room table seats eight, the sunroom seats four and our kitchen island seats four. This home is perfect for entertaining!

Our driveway has ample amounts of parking. Our deck includes a new gas grill. The laundry room includes a washer, dryer, ironing board with iron.

Bring your boat & your fishing gear to explore our wonderful island. We hope you have a blast!

Our family had a wonderful time! The house was very clean and cozy! It was great to be on the canal! A lot of seating in the house. House had everything you need! Close to the beach, stores, and restaurants. We really had an amazing time! Only an hour from Myrtle! Will book again!!!

The location was perfect and the house was incredible. If there was a critique, it would be the mattress quality in the bunk bed room. Im sure they're fine for kids, but if a group of adults are staying at the house I would consider an air mattress. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this house to anyone!

Love the home. Perfect space and size for my family of 4 (3 yr old and 1yr old), it wasn’t too big or small. Having a dock in the backyard was a win since my husband loves fishing. It’s a couple minutes to the beach but we didn’t plan to go to the beach during our short stay so it wasn’t a problem. Groceries aren’t far either. Would stay here again!

We found this house to be as advertised and really enjoyed our stay. Has ample living space throughout and good access to the water. We really enjoyed the views of the live oak and water from the sun room! Would definitely stay again.

The perfect vacation rental

We loved this house! It was super clean, the beds and couches were comfortable, it’s on a quiet street, and there was tons of fishing access. In addition, the house was fully stocked with everything we could need. Highly recommend!

Perfect summer trip with teens

Our group of fishermen loved the dock and caught too many fish to count! Plenty of room to spread out and a super comfortable home. Well stocked Kitchen and owner was very easy to work with. Definitely would stay again if we return to the area.

Absolutely the best!

This house never disappoints. Clean and cozy. Everything you could possibly need to prepare a meal. Dock is perfect for our boat and great for the kids to fish. Communication with owner is above and beyond. This was our third stay and we'll be back in July!

Wonderful and relaxing!

The location was great for us as we had two families and three kids getting out of Asheville after the hurricane. We loved the space and location. The kids had a blast playing in the yard and w enjoyed the fishing dock so much! It was a quick drive or bike ride to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of place to spread out. Would stay again!

House was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. Dock was perfect for our boating weekend.

It was an amazing weekend. We bought a boat and chose this place because of the dock. We rode boat to go fishing, anchored on a nearby beach, went to bald head island, and had dinner in Southport where the restaurants had dock slips. Awesome trip will definitely go back again soon.

This home was perfect for our family's 2 nights stay! Bright, clean, spacious house with stunning views. The location was amazing! We loved the dock and enjoyed fishing! We had everything we needed. Plenty of room, well stocked kitchen. David is great host and super responsive! We hope to return and highly recommend this place!
