Comfortably sleeping 6 guests, with additional sleeping space available on the sleeper sofa, our home includes a complimentary golf cart, backyard disc golf basket, nearby beach access, and easy access to the public boat launch. Once you arrive, park the car and enjoy island life.

Bring your boat and take advantage of the nearby public boat launch for easy access to the Intracoastal Waterway, perfect for fishing, boating, and exploring the coast.

Beach access, restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, shopping, and local favorites are all close by. When you’re ready to explore farther, hop on the complimentary golf cart and cruise the island like a local.

Why OKI Par-Tee?

The name “Par-Tee” reflects our family’s love of disc golf, while “Birdies” celebrates both great shots on the course and one of our favorite coastal icons, the pelican. Pelican-inspired touches throughout the home tie together these two passions.

We’ve also added a disc golf basket in the backyard so guests can practice their putts or enjoy some friendly competition after a day at the beach.

OKI Par-Tee comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with additional room using the sleeper sofa, and is ideal for families, couples, fishing trips, and beach vacations.
