This bright and airy second-floor condo is tucked away in one of Seaside Parkâs most desirable ocean-block neighborhoods on 6th Ave. Perched in an ideal spot, youâll enjoy refreshing ocean breezes from the front balcony and a great view of township concerts with calming bay views from the rearâcreating the perfect setting to recharge and make lasting memories.
Step inside this thoughtfully renovated beach retreat, where modern updates blend seamlessly with coastal charm. The open-concept layout makes it easy to gatherâwhether youâre whipping up meals in the fully stocked kitchen or kicking back in the comfortable living area with brand-new smart TVs. Every detail, from the hand-picked furnishings to the beach-inspired dĂ©cor, has been chosen by our family to make your family feel instantly at home.

Multiple Rental Options:
Planning a wedding weekend or a family reunion? We have three additional 3-bedroom condos in this complexâask about reserving multiple condos for extra space and convenience.
Expectations & House Rules:
As per Seaside Ordinance #179 & 55-3. Minimum age for rentals must be 25 years or older and must be residing in the rental during the rental period.
Reserving Guest will agree to provide names, addresses and ages of all guests staying in property.
Reserving Guest and Guests under 21 must agree to have a Guardian Consent and a Parent execute a Parent Consent Form issued by the Borough of Seaside Heights.
No Exceptions. Reservations can not have outside guests or visiting friends. Any group rental seeking to check in in which all guests are under 21 years of age or bring attempt additional guests will be denied access and forfeit any monies paid.
No Subleasing
For security and peace of mind, subleasing or transferring your reservation to another party is not allowed. No 3rd party booking, the booking person must stay through the reservation
No Parties or Loud Gatherings
While we hope you have a fantastic time, this is a family-friendly space, not a party house.
As per township ordinance, Quiet hours begin at 10 PM to ensure everyone, including our neighbors, enjoys a peaceful evening.
(Please note: The township enforces strict noise ordinances.)
Pet Policy
We welcome 1 small non shedding dogs ! A pet fee applies.
Please provide your petâs breed and size before booking for approval.
Unfortunately, large dogs that shed excessively or have aggressive tendencies are not a fit for our space.

We take pride in offering a clean space.
If anything isnât to your satisfaction when you arrive, let us know within 2 hours of check-in and weâll gladly send our cleaning team.
