Welcome to your perfect beach vacation! This 3 level townhome gets you as close to the water as possible. You'll be sure to get your steps in as there are 2 sets of stairs to access the different levels. The main level features a large screened in porch with swing and dining area. There's plenty of space for the whole family to relax in the living room which has a 65" Samsung smart tv and a queen sized, memory foam sleeper sofa to use if needed.

The dining area has a table with seating for 8, and an additional 4 barstools at the counter. Enjoy your morning coffee with the provided coffee maker that makes a full pot or single cup. The kitchen is well equipped and includes appliances such as an ice maker, toaster, blender, water kettle and extra large griddle. A washer/dryer and 1/2 bath are also included on the main level.

Upstairs on the 3rd level are 3 bedrooms.

BAYSIDE: King sized bed, large closet with dresser, 40" Samsung smart TV, small deck with chairs overlooking the bay (perfect to view the sunrise)

There is a full bath in the hall that is shared by the secondary bedrooms.

On the breezy first level of this property is a large shaded deck perfect for enjoying views of the gulf. Located here you'll find a picnic table, outdoor shower and a gas grill.

Because of how close you are to the gulf, there is not beach access directly out front. You can access the beach on either side of complex. The beaches all along Cape San Blas are public property so you don't have to worry about setting up for the day in someone else's property. The entire beach is your playground!
