- Living Area: Spacious with Gulf views, a queen sleeper (microfiber) sofa, Smart TV, and deck access.

- Primary Bedroom: King bed with Gulf views, ensuite bath, multiple spray shower options, Smart TV, and pull-out sleeping lounge chair (can sleep one extra). New dresser.

- Second Bedroom: King bed, deck access, whirlpool tub/shower, Smart TV. New closet.

- Deck/Balcony: 28 ft long, with lounge chairs, tables, and a settee for ocean views.

- Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped with red and white lacquered cabinets, Keurig and drip coffee makers, refrigerator/ice maker, stove, oven, toaster, and blender. Large round dining table for 6.

- Wi-Fi: Fiber-optic with great bandwidth for multiple devices.



Outdoor & Beach Life:

- Private Beach & Gated Access: Sky bridge walkover or private gate access.

- Beach Service: 2 lounges and an umbrella (March-Oct).

- $1,500 Accidental damage protection included.

- 25-year age minimum. We are unable to rent to college or minor guests.

- No parties or events.

- No smoking.

- Accessibility: Three steps up to the first floor lead into the home; stairs connect the first and second floors. 5 bedrooms on the first floor.

- Safety & Cleaning: Security cameras monitor the pool and entry areas, and the home follows PMI Purify’s advanced cleaning protocols.

- Guest Screening: ID verification, signed Host rental agreement, online check-in, and background check.



Additional Resort Information:

- Year-round heated pool, 2 hot tubs, kiddie pool.

- The Resort offers spa services, dining, and a fun beach bar.

- Beach Bar (under the sky bridge). Open year-round. Take in the view, watch the game, and take a dip in the Gulf. Open 11 am to late 7 days a week.
