THIS ONE HAS IT ALL! Located only 20 minutes from the Beach and Port Canaveral, 10 Minutes from the USSSA Space Coast Sports Complex, and 1 Hour from Disney and Theme Parks! This 1 acre compound boasts 2 Owner's Suites, 3 Additional Bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plus three large TVs, Nintendo Switchℱ, Foosball Table, and fully equipped kitchen! Outside includes a gorgeous salt water pool and large patio, a pergola, and swing set! Our goal is to anticipate your every need and make your vacation stay with us pleasant, relaxing, and fun!

Graduation

This is a lovely property with lots of space to spread out, gorgeous yard, and well-appointed kitchen. Lots of fun for all ages, comfortable and easy. A great place for family to relax after graduation.

Great Home, Excellent Host!!!

We had a great stay! Even though it was short, the home was large and very accommodating; the rooms were spacious, the pool was great, large backyard, I cannot say enough nice things about our host, she always responded promptly and was very helpful. I only wish we could have stayed longer...

What a great place! It was decorated so nicely and was so clean!! Everyone loved the heated pool, pool table and other amenities!!! Would highly recommend this Coastal Oasis for a family or friend gathering!!!!

Great House Lots of amenities

What a nice Gem in the Cape Canaveral area, with lots of amenities, swimming pool, playground, pool table, TVs, and relaxing atmosphere. Easy drive to Kennedy Space Center and the Port.

Wonderful Getaway

Everything was wonderful, had a few small bumps going in but property manager was easy to get a hold of and fixed things in a timely manner. I had 12 people staying including 2 little ones and it was great because of the separation in rooms, pool and playground. Definitely would recommend to stay.

Family friendly accommodations

This property was perfect for our visit to NASA with grandchildren. It was only a 30 minute drive from Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach which allowed easy access to recreational activities while still having a quiet retreat in a residential community. The house lacks nothing for a big multi-generational family. The outdoor space is the best!

Great location for baseball at Space Coast

We played baseball at Space Coast and had 6 adults and 4 kiddos. There was enough space for us to spread out. The property was about an 8 minute drive to the park. The backyard was great and spacious. The only negative was the one of the bathroom doors wouldn't close properly.

Clean, Comfy, Quiet, Perfect!

This property was perfect for me and my family and friends. It was spacious with a comfy feel. The pool table and Mario kart was a huge hit! Very nice place to stay and I am hoping we can use this property in January of 2024 as we will be returning for another cruise out of port Canaveral with friends and family!

Great property!

Great stay. Great accommodations. Clean, great neighborhood. I went for a walk and felt safe. Pool was clean and warm. My only feedback/complaint ks the shower door in our bathroo. Would not close and one of the bedroom doors that slides shut was off it's tracks. Everything else was GREAT!

Amenities felt like first class

We only stayed two nights at this Rockledge home. It was conveniently located and well appointed. Having the additionally amenities like coffee, creamer, snacks, and bathroom supplies were so nice! I’ve stayed in a lot of VRBOs and having this was such a plus. The kids enjoyed the game room and outdoor area. The playground is a bit rundown and could use some TLC. The pool looked fine however not warm enough for December swimming. The beds were so comfortable as well as the pillows. There is some street noise but overall good sleep at this large house. Thank you for our stay.

Fabulous

There were 10 of us staying here before a cruise and we couldn't have been more impressed with the layout of the house. Everything worked out right and everyone had their own space. The only complaints we have and they are very minimal, was that the pool was supposed to be heated and it was not, and it was difficult to play pool because the table was too close to the walls and windows. Other than that, I give this place a five star rating and I recommend it to anyone.

6 days with friends

This place is great. The photos don’t do it justice. The backyard and pool area are amazing. We spent most of our time there. The bedroom configuration was perfect for two families of 4 with adult children. The kitchen is well stocked and a chef like me appreciated the flattop outdoor grill. I will stay here again if the need arises.

We Had an Amazing Time!

We rented the place for my babyshower and for one overnight stay so that family members that visited long distance didn’t have to drive back! Rooms, living and dining areas were perfect the kids and adults alike loved the game room and this back yard!!!!! Playground and campfire were awesome so much space for the little ones to let out some energy! Pool area was nice too it was just too cold outside for us to get in!

Fantastic accommodations centrally located

Our family of three generations spent week full of activities in this beautiful home that was immaculately clean and full of thoughtful touches and extras. Just ten minutes from Space Coast Baseball Complex, we choose the house for its location but quickly realized that it was conveniently located near many attractions on the coast including Kennedy Space Center and the Beach, as well as being an hour from Orlando. Stephanie’s communications and instructions were clear and prompt making check in and check out seamless.

Precruise Accomodations

2 night stay was perfect set up for our family. Lots of beds. Everyone loved the choices of entertainment,..pool, firepit for marshmallows, playground, very large private backyard, pool table, foosball, and video games. The only cons I can think of Walmart is 20 minutes away and the house doesn’t have cable, only smart tv. Also, the Thrifty grocery store is great don’t let the name fool you.

Myself, friends and family stayed at Coastal Oasis for a week while we were in town attending a baseball tournament at Space coast. We had the best time, the pool was great and the kids spent every waking moment in it. The huge backyard and playground were great but July heat kept the kids in the pool. The house was beautiful, clean and spacious. we were impressed with the supply of simple cooking essentials, made dinners easy. If we ever find ourselves coming back to the area we will most definitely being staying at the Coastal Oasis.
