Come experience Pocono Mountains' BEST LAKE COMMUNITY from a spacious waterside cabin. This 3,000 square foot home offers three bedrooms, lots of open living space, multiple sunrooms and decks, all with BEAUTIFUL SUNSET VIEWS over Arrowhead Lake.

The space
Sit on the private lakeside deck, or paddle one of the boats out from your private dock. Walk (or paddle) just a few blocks to community beach or pool. Visit the lodge to use the gym, shoot some pool, or join one of many community activities.

The house has a backyard dock, a furnished waterside deck with plenty of seating for nightly sunset views, and a small fleet of water craft: two kayaks, row boat, paddle board, canoe

Also has a private indoor HOT TUB (fall through spring only).

Lake Loft (floor 2) - single bed with lake view, area blocked by privacy screen
Other Loft (floor 2) - double bed, area blocked by privacy screen

BATHROOMS:
Floor 2 - half bath with sink and toilet
Floor 1 - full bath with bath/shower combo
Lower Level - full bath with standing shower (also serves as laundry room)

LOWER LEVEL:
- Private HOT TUB!!! (fall through spring only)
- Ping pong table

This home sits in the gated, amenity-filled Arrowhead Lake community, which includes:

- two lakes, four beaches, three pools
- a spectacular new clubhouse with fitness room, game room, activity room and reading room
- many outdoor activities including tennis, basketball and volleyball
- a rich calendar of entertainment, fitness and hobby activities for children and adults.

PARKING
Maximum six cars, must all be in the driveway (per township law).

MANDATORY COMMUNITY FEES (for stays under 30 days):
Community charges are additional. Your host will request after submitting details to the community registration form:
- daily per person age 6+: $2.00 off-season, $8.50 in-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day)
- $20 fee per vehicle
- $20 transaction fee

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the home, property, lakes, pools, lodge, game room, etc.

HOUSE RULES
- Renter must be at least 25 years of age.
- No smoking is allowed in the house or on the property.
- The only pets allowed on the property are dogs whose owners vouch for their behavior.
