Get away from it all and rest in comfort at the farm. Our casual & cozy one bedroom barn loft apartment has all the comforts of home. The apartment is spacious and comfortable; a perfect place to disconnect and unwind. Get acquainted with the resident horses, or bring your own! Relax in style knowing your horse is only steps away. Horse boarding is available in our barn during your stay. Contact your host for daily board rates and requirements. Conveniently located minutes from historic Milford, PA and Interstate 84.
-Pets are welcome! Please add your pets when booking. There is an extra cleaning fee when you bring your fur baby.
**NOTE: Please be aware that entry to the loft apartment requires climbing a spiral staircase.

Wonderful Hidden Gem

Property was extremely close to town where lots restaurants, shops, and several local breweries were located; however, it also very secluded and was very relaxing with a great view from the deck. We enjoyed meeting the horses and barn cats! The property was also very cozy and provided all the amenities that we needed.

Welcome to your Home away from Home! Visited the Milford area to hike, see waterfalls, and explore the local town and History for our 41st Anniversary. The farm and upstairs loft apartment was absolutely perfect. Every attention to detail was very well thought out. In such a small 2 room space you definitely have everything you need except your toothbrush, clothes, and food. Farm is peaceful, and very secluded. However you are only a mile away from town, various shops, and great dining. The icing on the cake was being around beautiful horses which we love, and the farm cats, especially FRED. Would definitely recommend a stay with Anastasia and Eddie. Fantastic hospitality. We will definitely be booking here again when we visit in the future.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our weekend stay here. Anastasia and Eddie, our hosts, went out of their way to make us feel very welcome - what an awesome couple! The cozy barn loft apartment was so comfortable, tastefully decorated and filled with so many welcoming details - they thought of everything! Beautiful area and town. We hung out with the horses, attended 2 different craft festivals in the area, and went to Bushkill Falls not faraway. We highly recommend - much better than staying at an overpriced hotel!

What a great and unique place to stay if you're wanting to explore Milford. We came for a weekend getaway and found this barn loft apartment to be very quaint, fresh, and clean and just a few minutes from town. We brought our dog along who had plenty of room behind the barn to stretch her legs. The owners have thought of everything in terms of amenities, cookware, bathroom items, etc. It exceeded our expectations. There are a lot of personal touches throughout. And there's so much to do very close by. Don't miss the many quaint restaurants in town, Raymondskill and Hackers Falls, Milford Beach, Grey Towers National Historic Site, and don't miss a production at the Milford Theater while you're there. Everything was just a few minutes drive from the loft.

We loved our two night stay in this bucolic setting with a convenient location off I-84. The Loft takes advantage of every square inch of space to good effect, is super cozy, and nicely decorated with equine touches. We were amply warned of the steep spiral stair entrance, and carried our small pooch up. If you have mobility issues, or a big dog, it might be tough. The property backs up to the interstate a couple of hundred yards away, and highway noise was not an issue inside, but might make a romantic glass of wine on the deck a bit less so. Highly recommended; we would return. We used this location as a jumping off point for a school reunion in Oragne County, NY, and it was perfect.

Wonderful Getaway

We loved the property and seeing the horses! The unit was lovely! Clean, well stocked, cozy, and the perfect size for two. We had our havanese with us. She loved it! The owners, Anastasia and Eddie, are very warm and friendly! Restaurants in town were great, people are friendly, great hiking nearby.

Awesome Getaway!

Anastasia and Eddie are great hosts! They made my wife and I feel right at home. Their rental was extremely clean and well put together. We stayed for a long weekend to celebrate our Anniversary and had a blast! We will definitely be back!

Relaxing Weekend Getaway

My husband and I were looking for a relaxing weekend getaway, and this place did not disappoint! This place is so cozy and clean, with super cute horses to greet you on arrival. The center of town is a quick 6 minute drive down the road, which has a great brewery and plenty to eat. Just another 10 minutes down the road brings you to Milford Beach where you can go swimming in the Delaware River. The hosts Anastasia and Eddie were super helpful and made everything so nice. We wish we could’ve stayed longer!

One of the best rental experiences I've had.

My girlfriend and I were looking for a weekend getaway in the mountains, and I couldn't be happier that we found this place. The apartment was absolutely spotless, beautifully designed, and had all of the creature comforts of home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook a nice breakfast. There were even some fresh veggies from their garden waiting for us when we arrived. We weren't there for horse boarding services or anything like that, but the farm and horses made for a perfect setting. We spent most of our time hiking the many trails around Milford, exploring the waterfalls and breathtaking views. Downtown Milford was also really charming, and had a bunch of great shops and restaurants. Overall it was an awesome trip, Anastasia was an amazing host, and we would definitely stay there again.
