Charming 4bd/2ba condo - Central By The Sea

Classic Ocean City family friendly 4 bedroom condo located between 4th & 5th Street on Central Avenue.

This condo sleeps 9 with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Our condo is located on a quiet, tree-lined street in the Northend of Ocean City (Historic District). We are just a short walk to the boardwalk and beach. Only one block from Asbury shopping and half a block from farmers market and skate park. We are close to the shopping and amusements on the boardwalk and the avenue, yet away from the crowds in the center of town. You don't have to worry about moving your car; just park in the driveway behind the house and enjoy the island for the week. Our home has living room with 50" flat screen Smart TV and high speed WiFi Internet. The eat in kitchen has seating for 10 with all the amenities of home (dishes, pots and pans, blender, toaster oven, coffee maker). The bathrooms are both full bathrooms one is shower only the other is tub and shower. 3 bedrooms have a flat screen smart TV. Our entertainment center has some games, puzzles, and books. Beds are king in master bedroom, queen in second bedroom, a twin bunk in third bedroom - perfect for the kids, and three twin beds in the fourth bedroom. Enjoy the beach with 6 complimentary beach badges. Our unit also has central air and laundry room with washer and dryer. Be our guests, enjoy our beach house, and create your own Ocean City memories! OC plans lots of fun activities and events so there is always something special to do. It's the perfect place to spend a week, month or even the season with your family and friends or make it a special weekend getaway retreat! We maintain our property throughout the year. We keep it fresh and clean. Dogs are permitted with approval. We do not offer sheets or towels unless requested and an additional fee of $125. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES. Check-in after 3 p.m. Saturday. Check-out before 10 a.m. Saturday. We have a beach wagon for guest use in the shed, as well as beach chairs.

Older house, but it worked for what we needed. House was clean and centrally located. Owner was responsive and very flexible. We enjoyed our stay - had a great week and it fit everyone (family of 6) comfortably!

Great long weekend

The six of us fit easily, especially with 2 bathrooms. I'd read complaints about the stairs, but nobody, even the 2 64 year olds, found them challenging. Debbie communicated well, and I would definitely return. It was great to stay in a dog friendly place in Ocean City.

Nice place

It is hard to find a pet friendly space. This property was comfortable and Debbie was a great host! This is in a historic section of town so the home is older and the layout was a bit choppy requiring a lot of stairs. It was clean overall, well-stocked and in a good location with easy access to the bay, beach, boardwalk attractions and downtown. We had a good trip!

Great Ocean City house for family with pet

The house met our expectations. Plenty of beds, spacious kitchen with lots of seats at large table. 2 full baths. A/C worked great at keeping both floors cool especially since the unit is the 3rd& 4th floors. Easy walk to beach and boardwalk. 1 parking spot in the back and easy to find street parking for the other 2 cars. soacious kiche

Cozy and comfortable get away

We enjoyed our family get away week at the beach with this lovely property. It was an easy walk to the boardwalk and attractions but far enough to be quiet and have ample parking. The farmers market right around the corner on Wednesday was a welcomed treat. We comfortably slept 4 adults and 4 children, though some of the common areas were cozy. Not having to bring our own beach umbrella and chairs definitely was convenient, and there was plenty of storage room in the shed for our bikes. The area was very pet friendly with the park nearby for walks and we found a playground for the kids not too far away either. We had a great experience and would rent this property again.

a place to stay with your dog on the island

Not to many options for two couples and a dog on the island. This worked well for our needs. I didn’t realize how much stairs are required. King bed requires 3 sets of stairs: one to get in the property, a 2nd set to get on kitchen and queen bed level and 3rd set of stairs to get to King bed and Single bedrooms. Floor on 3rd level is warped or slanted.

Owner responds in a timely manner.Location is 1/2 mile to beach/boardwalk and 1 block from asbury shopping.Neighborhood is good with exception of halfway house directly across the street.Street parking not an issue. 3rd and 4th floor unit-no access to outdoor decks shown in photos. Outside stairs in back of house are extremely dangerous. We used these accidentally because we were unsure how to access the house (it is Unit C).Ants in kitchen.No vents in bathrooms or kitchen. Cooking willset off fire alarm.Stairs to 4th floor (3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom) spiral and are narrow and steep.Both floors are slanted.House is smaller than what photos indicate-these photos may have been stretched to make the rooms appear larger.Bunk beds in 4th floor bedroom are small-would likely only accommodate small children however look to be falling apart and would be dangerous to use if over a certain weight. Refrigerator in photos is not the one in the home-it does not have water or an ice maker accessible on the door. Stepping stones from parking behind house are loose and a tripping hazard. House is overall run down, as well as all furnishings.

Cute, historic home on a quiet street

Loved our stay here! My kids and I live in a historic home, so we felt right at home in this condo! Deborah was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. It was very clean. There is only one parking spot out back, but we never had an issue finding street parking in front of the house for our second car. It was great not having to bring beach chairs and other beach equipment, and there is a shed out back to store bikes if you choose to rent them yourself. The beach is exactly .5 miles away (I am a runner so I have the mileage!) which is a really easy walk or bike ride.....which we love to do. It is a very short walk to the stores on Asbury, and the farmer's market is practically in the backyard! We would definitely stay here again!

Great little condo close to the Boardwalk. and beach

We stayed here for a long weekend over Memorial Day Weekend. The location is great and perfect if you want to get to Asbury for some shopping or hit the Boardwalk/beach. Debbie was very easy to get a hold of to check in and made a point to stop and let us know to call her directly if we had any problems. Enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
