Welcome to your perfect beachside getaway! This private one-bedroom apartment offers a cozy and comfortable stay just two blocks from the beach and one block from fantastic restaurants.

Step into the inviting living room, where you’ll find a large sectional couch, a wall-mounted TV, and a pub table with chairs, perfect for dining or catching up on work. The kitchenette includes a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and mini fridge—please note that there is no stove.

The spacious bedroom features a king bed and a dresser, ensuring a restful stay. A twin bed can be offered for a child upon request. Please notify me before arrival.
Outside, enjoy your own private back patio, complete with a patio table, chairs, and rocking chairs, all set beneath a beautiful canopy of live oaks and Spanish moss—a perfect spot to relax with your morning coffee or evening drink.

*This property features two private guest spaces. The Peachtree Retreat upstairs unit includes its own private entrance and a spacious front porch. The Peachtree Apartment has a separate private path leading to the entrance and includes full access to the backyard.

With the village and pier area just a short bike ride away, you’ll have easy access to more restaurants, great shopping, and scenic waterfront walks. Whether you’re here for a peaceful retreat or to explore all the local hotspots, you won’t find a better location!


-We love our pets and welcome dogs in our home! To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, we kindly ask you to follow our pet rules.

Only small to medium dogs are allowed. Maximum of one pet per stay. 50 pounds or less.

Dogs must be house trained and well behaved. No excessive barking or scratching.

GUESTS MUST PICK UP THEIR DOG WASTE AND DISPOSE OF IT.

Dogs that are in heat or (on their period) are not allowed.

Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds.

Dogs must be created when left alone in the home.

Dogs must be leashed outside the unit and follow all local pet regulations.

By booking guest acknowledge full responsibility for their pet's behavior and any damage caused during their stay.
