Thank you so much for this wonderful review! We are so thrilled to hear that the balcony views, beautiful tile in the bathrooms and the air conditioning all left such a great impression. We truly appreciate the kind recommendation! Regarding the supplies we do want to clarify that we provide a starter pack for every guest which is noted in our listing. We provide enough to get you started but after that it is the responsibility of the guest to pick up any additional supplies needed for the duration of their stay especially for a group staying for 7 days with 3 bathrooms. However if you ever arrive and do not see any dishwasher soap or laundry soap at all please do not hesitate to reach out to us right away and we would have been happy to bring the correct amount over to you. We always want to make sure our guests have what they need from the start! We also sincerely apologize for the door code deactivating before your 10 AM checkout time. That should never happen and we completely understand how frustrating it must have been to not be able to go back in and check for any items left behind. We will look into this with our access system right away to make sure checkout times are accurate going forward. Please know that if anything like this ever happens again you are always welcome to call us right away and we will get a new code created for you immediately. We are so glad that overall you had a great experience and we would absolutely love to welcome you and your group back again soon!
