Welcome to your newest Ocean Village getaway. This colorful, fun, and interactive 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is designed for making memories with the people you love most. With an open floor plan and soaring pine-covered ceilings, the living, dining, and kitchen areas flow together beautifully, creating the perfect space for your entire group to gather, relax, and reconnect. Beautiful stained wood floors and a bright coastal vibe make the home feel instantly welcoming.
Step outside and you are just moments from the community pool, plus you will love the peaceful pond views right nearby. The pond is a catch-and-release fishing spot that is perfect for kids to practice their skills, while adults enjoy the island breeze and bird watching. Whether you are here for beach days, pool time, or quality family moments, this home is a perfect home base for your Port Aransas vacation.
MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT
âą A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking
âą Also required is a copy of your driver's license to receive check-in instructions
âą Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older

âą The nearest beach access is Beach Access Road 1-A, about a mile down the road
âą Add a 6-seater golf cart to your booking for $175 per day. We are your one-stop shop. It is the best way to experience island life and enjoy fun and easy access to the beach
âą Beach gear credit is included. Choose from bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Select your gear at least 48 hours before check-in and VayK Gear will take care of the rest. A small delivery fee may apply

âą A two-night minimum stay is required
âą Check in time is approximate time; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4pm but there is no guarantee
âą Starter set for guests includes two trash bags, dish soap and two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry supplies. Guests should bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home
âą Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear or see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay
âą Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair or maintenance
âą Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every month
