A wonderful place to stay. We stayed for a 9-night visit. It offers all the essentials for an enjoyable time. The pool and view are nice, and the family enjoyed the outdoor spaces and swimming. You can also kayak right from the backyard. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

It is a lovely property with a nice water view. It’s very close to the beach and there are several excellent restaurants within 15 minutes. The host was also very communicative and responsive. We had a wonderful stay!

The house was absolutely beautiful in the pool was perfect. Only negative would be that it could be a little closer to the beach but other than that, it was absolutely perfect. Definitely would recommend.!

Great Place to be

The house was perfect located for us and very spacy. We enjoyed sunrise and sunset on the boatdeck and nice moments at pool area.

The One & Only Villa is awesome! It is probably the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. The home and the amenities are wonderful. The Villa is very well maintained. The outdoor space is incredible. The pool is much larger than the pictures give it credit for. As an added bonus there is a mini-fridge on the pool level which made getting cold drinks a piece of cake while enjoying the outdoors. While sitting out back we saw two dolphins swim by! The hostess and property manager are both very nice and very quick to respond to any questions we had. We enjoyed the villa so much we plan on staying here when we come back to visit family. Highly recommend.

Relaxing and Comfortable Stay!

The house was beautiful and extremely clean and well-supplied. Host and property manager were easy to work with. Neighborhood was quiet and safe and close to shopping, restaurants and beaches. The pool was fabulous. Loved it and would definitely stay again.

We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation house! This home had everything we could possibly want and more. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from plenty of dining and shopping options. The property manager was very kind, helpful and responsive. We can’t wait to visit again!

Great House!

We really enjoyed this house. It was super clean and had everything we needed. It even had a book with all the instructions about the house and favorite restaurants. That made finding a place for dinner so much easier.

The house was incredibly spacious and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with an excellent selection of pots/pans, utensils and appliances. The pool was the crown jewel- large, well heated and an easy to use hot tub. There are two lovely lanais. Loads of pool and beach towels. The view overlooks the Imperial River. (One early morning we saw a dolphin swimming downstream.)

The house was just incredible. I loved the modern vibe. It was very clean & had everything we needed. The pool & spa was awesome. Had a great view. The house is located just a few miles from the beach which was very nice. My family & really enjoyed the stay. We had great communication with the property manager. we stayed in this property for 1 month. it was amazing from start to finish, so much so, we asked to rent it again for next year! every possible amenity was in the home. cleanliness was up to my insane standards :) easy to deal with the host, altho we had almost zero issues for the entire month! location is good, neighborhood is mega quiet, being on the water is amazing. sat on the dock all the time.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spacious, immaculate, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing week away, and the furnishings made it feel like home.The outdoor spaces were the highlight of the property—perfect for enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. The location was excellent, with grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping all just a short drive away. Barefoot Beach was especially convenient and was one of our favorite spots. It was beautiful, peaceful, and never felt overly crowded.If you enjoy fishing, the dock is a great place to cast a line. Just be aware that there are channel catfish in the river, and their sharp barbs can sting. We were lucky enough to see dolphins and even a manatee from the pier. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Perfect home!

The house was better then listing!!! It is located in a very nice quiet neighborhood. The pool was amazing and the view was even better. Quick car ride to shopping restaurants and the beach. The host was very helpful and we liked her meeting us at the property to answer any of our queations at check in. Only hiccup was no AC 2 nights. We would stay here again.

Beautiful house and great location

Our vacation was amazing. The house is simply beautiful and has everything you could ever want. It is relaxing sitting out by the pool and watching the boats, kayaks and jet skis go by. The neighborhood is very peaceful and close to everything. You don’t have to get into a bunch of traffic to go to any store. I would definitely recommend this house to people who want a relaxing and peaceful vacation while living in luxury.

Wonderfull vacation

The house is Beautifull, ideally placed to enjoy Bonita springs, Naples and its surroundings. The area is quiet, the villa is new, very clean and well equipped. We stayed in January and were able to take advantage of the heated swimming pool and jacuzzi (expect a gas supplement for daily use). The exteriors are very pleasant, the protected véranda net allows you to take full advantage without being disturbed by insects. Very nice experience !!

Another Wonderful Stay @ Bonita Springs Villa

Exceptional property, very unique, not another one around like it, as far as I know. Open, light, beautiful. Great pool & hot tub. Furniture, appliances, all top notch. Only problem is it's so nice it books up very quickly! Highly, highly recommend it. Just not on the dates we want it.

Fantastic 5 Star Experience

Reading the reviews helped us select this property so it's only right we leave a review and pay it forward. My family and I stayed a week and had a 5 star experience all around. The location is great for getting to many beaches in a short amount of time. Plenty of shopping and eateries nearby. Pool area and lanai were perfect. The house is very well appointed, clean, and has everything you may need. Beautiful décor, nice touches all around, and just an overall very welcoming vibe. The hosts really know what they are doing here, and I can attest, it is a cut above the rest as we've stayed in many other rentals in the area. This one stands out and you will not be disappointed with the selection. Book it and enjoy!

Understated Elegance in a Pristine Environment

This was one of the best rentals for us. The process from beginning to end was very easy. We read all of the reviews before committing to this property. When we arrived at the home it was even better than what we expected. The home is impeccable, furnished with everything we could possibly need and extremely comfortable. It is ideal for several couples as well as a family. The view of the Imperial River is beautiful . Our property manager was easy to contact and answered all of our questions. We will not hesitate to recommend this home to anyone who is looking to rent in Bonita Springs. We will rent this home again if we return to this area.
