1) Please send me a message to let me know how many people & cars in total, make sure do not exceed the max. Numbers. Due to neighbors donât like too many people & traffic in this quiet neighborhood, in the past, we have to cancel the booking that exceed quite a few people after checked in, thanks.
2) This property is listing for sale. But not that many buyers are interested to buy such a big property. However, thereâs still a small chance that, in case someone need to look at the property, we will give tenants a 24-hour notice. Make sure you are OK with that. Thanks for your corporation.
Decent gated, only 3 minutes walking to Waimanalo beach.
House located on the Waimanalo Beach side of Kalanianaole Hwy(Highway 72), no need to walk across the narrow highway 72.

It's spacious house located at Waimanalo Beach neighborhood, which is a very nice, quiet and safe neighborhood. Whole house is surrounded with solid wood fence and front metal gate to make it become even more secure, privately enjoyable. There is 1 TVs/ 55 inches.
All 2 bedrooms, and 1 living rooms have AC. For all bedrooms, living rooms, total of 3 wall AC units installed.
Furniture and kitchenware, including sofa, sofa beds, refrigerators, queen size mattress, desks, etc.
All solid wood new cabinets, solid wood floors, Granite countertops for kitchen. Granite/quartz vanity top for bath.
There are 1100 sf front open area with some nice local Hawaiian trees around, 21 ft wide x 100 ft long on one side for parking and driveway. There's a 500 sf green back yard in the back.
For convenience, provided WiFi, 300+ channels for cable TV, microwave, coffee maker, countertop oven, hair dryer, washer & dryer.
For beach essentials, we provide 1 beach towels, 2 snorkeling gears, and 1 body boards.
For energy saving and safety reason, suggested to turn off turn off ACs and other electrical appliances when nobody is home, . Thanks for your understanding.
