Welcome to Dewdrop Condo, a charming and thoughtfully designed studio just one block from Lake Pepin, the beach, and marina in the heart of Pepin, Wisconsin.

This compact space is a favorite among guests for a reason. It may be small, but it includes everything you need for a comfortable and easy stay, including a king bed, full kitchen, and private bathroom, all in one efficient layout.

There is no separate living room, but the space is designed to feel cozy rather than cramped, making it a great fit for couples, solo travelers, and wedding guests.

The kitchen includes a full complement of cookware, bakeware, dishes, and utensils, along with coffee, spices, tea, and sugar. We also provide towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and beach towels and bags for your stay.

The location is one of the biggest advantages. Guests can walk to the Pepin Beach and Marina, as well as local favorites like the Harbor View Café, the Pickle Factory, and the Laura Ingalls Wilder Museum.

Dewdrop is also ideally located for wedding guests:

We're glad you enjoyed your stay! Dewdrop does have a full bathroom with tub/shower, and as a studio, is designed to have a comfortable but not overly large bathroom.

Clean and great location

Nice and clean. Has a small kitchenette with a table and chairs. The location is really convenient. Quick walk downtown and also to the lake. Note: there is no living room.

Perfect little place!

This is a great little apartment on the main floor. It’s about a block from the Pepin marina with lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. We have friends that have a place in town but the train keeps me up all night when I stay there. I didn’t even hear the train here👍. We will definitely stay again!!

Nice Little Stay

Place is nice. Has a small kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom. I chose this unit for the king bed. Overall as described. Nothing fancy.

Clean and convenient

A very nice two person condo. Clean and well appointed. The only negative was no dishwasher. Grocery store across the street which is convenient.

Thank you Jane, and I'm glad you had a great stay. We're happy to provide a dishrack and other dishwashing supplies for our guests but alas, there's just no room for a dishwasher in the studio's kitchen. The grocery store across the way is great, too!

Dreamy Stay

Jill is an EXCEPTIONAL hostess! Me and my partner can’t be around fragrance and she followed our instructions to the letter! The location is in a beautiful small town of Pepin. Everyone was friendly. She met needs we didn’t even know we needed! The place was wonderfully decorated I would definitely stay with her again.

Very clean

The inside is much better than how it looks outside. It was very clean and served our purpose. The bathroom sink was a bit small and the shower had amazing water pressure but unfortunately when we were leaving on Sunday one of us has to take a cold shower.

Dirty unclean

Walking up to the place a cigerette container broken splling all over. Lifted the toilet spayed with poop. The comforter smelled like B.O. we complained to them left a night early we couldn't handle it! We were not credited it for it. Do not stay here!

Unfortunately, this guest was hostile and aggressive immediately upon booking. We were able to make out that guest was not happy with the cleaning of our condo, although we had a solid cleaning report with time stamped photos. We were on site in the building and offered to come over to address any and every concern he had. The guest refused our offer, and continued to use hostile language and behavior, including ongoing phone calls and messages. We're not sure what motivated such anger from this guest, but we know that our condo was in perfect order, and that we were on site doing ongoing routine maintenance after a busy, active weekend in our building. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness and welcoming nature of our condos, and are happy to respond to any unique guest needs. We encourage future guests to reach out to us with any questions!
