We only stayed for one night, but it was beautiful and relaxing. A nice getaway from every day life. Definitely want to come back for a longer stay!

The condo was very clean, quiet and modern. It was a nice place to stay with a good view of Lake Pepin and walkable to downtown Lake City. The management was responsive. My one complaint is that there was a "boil water advisory" because of possible e coli in the drinking water that weekend (that started a couple days before we arrived)-which we didn't know about. We learned about it from a restaurant we walked to. I messaged the management of the vrbo and they had told the other renters but had missed telling us. Fortunately we hadn't drank any of the tap water at the unit, but I wasn't pleased by this oversight.

Beautiful condo, but the air conditioning system was so noisy it was difficult to sleep. Even after turning the system off, the very loud fan kept cycling on.The digital locks on the outside doors didn’t open a couple times. One time one of the doors was unlocked, and the second time, another guest was nice enough to let us into the building through their garage.

Wonderful stay! Second time here. Everything was clean, fresh, and comfortable. It was quiet and had all we needed for our stay. Communication is great and they have great, clear instructions for check in and checkout. Highly recommend this place!

We stayed overnight in Unit 103. Unit was clean and well appointed. Bed was comfortable and unit had a great view of Lake Pepin. Amenities were all close at hand. Overall great unit and we would stay again if we get up to Lake City!

I booked this condo as a quick mid-week getaway not far from where I live with a nice view and relative quiet and it did not disappoint! I spent a decent amount of time reading google reviews before booking and was a little nervous about some of the things mentioned in older reviews but decided to book anyway and I'm so glad I did. Everything mentioned in older reviews such as there not being privacy shades in the living room or keypad access issues around the building had been addressed and improved upon. I saw even small suggestions from reviews that were implemented like recommending places in the area to eat and visit for renters. I love that this management company is committed to giving travelers the best possible experience by listening to feedback! The kitchen had everything needed for the many meals I made, the unit was clean and beautiful (and looked exactly like the photos), the view of the lake was gorgeous, the communication made it so I never needed to reach out with questions and I loved that my pups could come along with plenty of green space to walk them in. We will certainly be back this summer!

Had trouble using the grill and there should be instructions posted on premises on how to be able to start it. Broken blind in the bedroom and cobwebs on and in the dining light.

Stunning views! We thought the property on the lakeside of the street and I somehow got confused about what floor this unit was on. I thought it was 3rd floor but it was 1st floor. Nevertheless less it was a mostly clean unit… just a couple horizontal surfaces were quite dusty (ie the bathroom hand-towel holder). The most disappointing thing for me was the rather uncomfortable shower head. The shower felt piercing and needle-like. I couldn’t even put my face into it- or other body parts. I’d recommend replacing it with a softer spray. The area was great for walking and exploring the pier and various coastlines. It’s also super convenient for going to other towns- even crossing over to the WI side from Wabasha and going back up the Wisconsin side to Pepin. In Lake City we enjoyed the Button Museum and the coffee shop 2 doors down, and several other places.

So clean, so bright! Great view with wonderful outdoor seating options. The beds are cozy and the bathroom has a washer/dryer if needed. Host responds to each inquiry and is very helpful and kind.
