Come be amazed at a how this Tiny House feels. Definitely far from tiny. Family of four fits comfortably!
This house is definitely tiny, but a fun adventure. We loved the tranquility of the river and the proximity to Mt. Rainier. We enjoyed the gnome walk as well. Packwood was cute as well. We had snacks and ice cream at the brewery.
Words canât express how amazing this getaway was! Absolutely everything you could need was provided, and the view was unmatched. My husband, two kids, and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was perfect. My husband is 6â5â so some areas were tight, but he spent most of his time outside enjoying the view anyways! We will recommend this place to anyone I know visiting the area!
This little home was perfect for a chance to reconnect with nature. It had everything we needed. The neighbors were friendly and I loved seeing the dog walk everyday.
We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage. I created a whole trip to WA just to stay here and it was totally worth it! The view from the cottage are unbelievable. Andrea was so helpful with tips on short hikes and places to visit in town. Loved this place and will be back!
Maximized the tiny space for ultimate comfort, and function. View cannot be beat. Convenient location to Mount Rainier and Packwood. Great host who even checked in with us during a pop-up thunderstorm to see our power went out and offered to bring us candles. Highly recommend.
The inside was just perfect. The decor and cuteness is so tastefully done. The overall feeling inside was cozy and dreamy. Being on the river added a special majestic feeling to the entire place. It had everything we needed and we loved every minute of our stay.
Wow, I couldnât of picked a more perfect place for a weekend solo getaway. It was just what I needed to step away from the grind and find some peace. Amazing tiny house with all the accommodations, and the best view in Packwood. Will return!
This was easily the most amazing place we have ever stayed. It was beyond beautiful and relaxing. We loved our tiny home with a giant view! The host was amazing and so kind to us! They made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely keep coming back as much as possible!
You will not be disappointed! From the location to the beautiful decor our stay was perfect. After long hikes at Mt Rainier it was so cozy to come back to and enjoy the river view and sounds for the evening. Beds are very comfortable, water pressure is great, and the setup is just right to give everyone space.
Best tiny home weâve ever experienced!
This listing caught my eye from the moment I saw it earlier this year because of the riverfront and the mountain views and it did not disappoint at all. In fact, our stay may have converted my wife and I to a tiny home lifestyle after this past weekend. This place felt so much like a home with such awesome attention to detail. It was well worth the commute to Rainier for a couple days of hiking and the little town of Packwood was an amazing escape from our busy city life in Texas. Andrea was a perfect communicator and weâre thankful this was an option for our trip to WA. Weâd absolutely recommend this listing and we would love to stay again one day!
This was a wonderful stay! The view was out of this world! Everything was exactly as described! We even had a herd of Elk walk down the road in front of the cabin one morning! So neat!
The only thing I would recommend if you're planning to stay in a tiny house (any not just this one) is that you understand that there is limited water usage. I didn't realize that and require long steamy showers when on vacation to help with chronically dry sinuses. I also didn't think about the loft being straight up a hard ladder. 100% as described, but it was too challenging for my daughter with mobility issues.
Overall I wouldn't change a single thing about this place! It was beautiful, communication was fantastic, and location was irreplaceable.
This place is magical! Grab your wine and sit by the river for true peace. I will say, if you are over 6 feet, it is a little tight so watch your head.
We loved returning to the tiny house by the river after a long day of skiing. Everything was "just right" and we very much enjoyed our trip. We plan to return when the sun is out and we can dip our feet in the water!
This tiny home is magic. It is incredibly well thought through. Four of us never felt cramped or in each others' way. The home has many small amenities and surprises; it feels better stocked than most other and larger homes I've stayed in! And Andrea is so great at communicating. We really felt pampered by the place!
And then there's the location. Just beautiful and so serene. Not far from town or from Mt Rainier NP (always go to the Steven Creek entrance!). Three things to note: 1) The swimming holes and pool aren't as close as you might think. 2) It can get quite windy in the afternoon, so pack warm clothes. 3) The neighbors keep lights on very close to the home at night, so don't expect complete darkness to see the stars. Despite all this, the location was simply beautiful.
We loved the place and would surely think of visiting again.
We fell in love with Packwood and all that it has to offer many years ago. We decided to purchase property in 2015 and spent 3 years building a cabin of our own. We have so many wonderful family memories made in Packwood and thought it would be a wonderful spot for others to make memories as well. What better way to enjoy your time and experiencing the surroundings tiny house style. You get see what tiny house living is all about. You might be surprised!
