Brand New Everything in this brick home west of Brevard in Rosman, North Carolina.  With two living spaces, this home has been lovingly restored to better than new and no detail was overlooked.  The guests will enjoy big mountain views, two wood stoves and two kitchens.  The views from the main level dining room are special, as are the curated furnishings throughout the house, which create a special ambiance for your vacation.   This area of Transylvania county is rural and close to excellent fly fishing at the headwaters of the French Broad River.  Headwaters Outfitters is nearby and offers fly fishing excursions, tubing and kayaking excursions, watercraft rentals, and gear.   Guests will enjoy two sets of washers and dryers and two Keurig coffee makers.  The living areas both have a flat screen smart TV with full sound system (with Bluetooth) and an expansive DVD movie collection.  Solid surface counters, new appliances, and pots and pans are all quality and will allow you to prepare any meal with ease. There is good cell signal at the house.    Main Level features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and dining area.  The patio is easy to access from the kitchen and dining area, and the charcoal grill is situated in the yard, just off the patio.  The hardwood floors in the main level convey the age of the home and have been carefully restored to their original beauty.  The main level kitchen features a work space for guests who need a desk area to sit at and work remotely. Both kitchens are well equipped, with extra pots and pans, bowls and glasses. Everything is new as of March 2022.   Lower Level features one bedroom and full bathroom, exposed ceiling joists that add to the modern look the concrete floors create.  The space feels cozy and the lighting creates an ambiance that makes a perfect place to enjoy a movie or game on the large, flat screen smart TV in the basement den area.  Guests can enjoy the full sound system (with Bluetooth) and browse the large DVD collection.   FOUR NIGHT MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED FOR THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY.
