The condo was well set with all the amenities. As a family we eat out and in about 1/2 and 1/2, so kitchen is crucial for us. We didn’t care for how all the townhomes stared into each others windows, but that may be big city life.
Bishop Arts shops and eateries is about 2 blocks away, and across the street are homes in disrepair, or under construction. The area of the townhome sits on the edge of nice vs. do I feel comfortable walking at night. We chose to drive everywhere and the garage and surveillance camera was appreciated.
We had a lighting issue in the main floor bathroom, it would strobe constantly and was too high for us to reach and change. Bein there for a few nights, we tried to coordinate with the property manager. It didn’t work out, apparently they came, but the main entry is on bottom of 3 floors and we never checked to see if there was a doorbell. We used the garage as our main access for the car. We gave up on communicating and dealt with the bathroom light off.
All in all it was a fine house, bright and . Spacious for traveling with kids. Showing some wear though, could use carpet cleaning for some terrible stains, and touch up on walls where clearly luggage has been scuffing.
