If you'd like to enjoy the view of the area, we recommend the 2nd-floor deck with its comfy seating area. Beach Towels are provided for your use. Parking is limited to 2 cars. Your Private Pool has no fence, so it may be unsuitable for small children.

★ COMMON AREA ★
Relax with a drink around the propane firepit in one of the six chairs while listening to the neighboring LIVE MUSIC at the Famous Lorelei‘s a few doors down. Each boat slip has its dedicated power and water and a Fish Cleaning Station to filet your bounty from an afternoon fishing adventure. A community pool overlooking the bay with loungers to sit back and soak in the sun. Since the development has only eight homes, this area is VERY underutilized!

Bring your furry friends along for an exciting vacation. They'll enjoy and run around the patio outdoors while you relax in the pool. A $350 dog fee applies.

★ NO SMOKING ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home or community! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ BOOKING ★
A signed rental agreement and a security deposit are required for booking, and follow Airbnb and VRBO policies.

★ OUTDOOR CAMERAS ★
3 cameras outside the property protect the driveway/rear gate where amenities are provided, the top floor out to the street, and the front door. The footage is only reviewed if there is any issue reported.
