We enjoyed a great long weekend at this house with 2 families of 4-plenty of room for all of us! Close to many hiking trails. We lost power due to a tree down and property management was quick to reply with a plan via text. Would highly recommend a stay here!
We recently stayed for a four day stretch. The house was well laid out, with bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor. Short drive to downtown Jackson and great views of the Valley and Mt Washington we would stay again for sure!
The property was very clean and listed accurately. It was spacious and beds were comfortable. The kitchen had just enough of what youâd need to cook. The deck was wonderful to relax on with full windows out looking the mountains with beautiful sunsets. The street has a culdasack
This was a lovely home in great location, but host communication during the stay was terrible. Overall, the home was very clean in a peaceful and private location only a few minutes from town. The views from the house were gorgeous with great views of the surrounding mountains. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and our family enjoyed the games and puzzles. We hiked in the surrounding mountains, played on the rocks at Jackson Falls, rock climbed with the International Mountain Climbing School (highlight of the trip), visited the White Mountain Art Gallery, rode the train, and drove up Mount Washington. We also enjoyed pizza from Elvios, a breakfast at Christmas Farm Inn, and ice cream from Trail's End.All in all, the house itself and the location are both excellent. However, while advance communication about the location and entry was good, communication once we arrived was terrible. We'd chosen this house in part because of the fireplace, but when we arrived there was just a sign saying it was out of order. We tried three different times to contact the host (twice with questions, once to let them know about an item our family accidentally broke). Each time we got a response from Vacasa saying the message had been passed on to the local host but never received any further response. I'm not sure what we would have done if there was a serious issue at any point as it seems like there's a communication breakdown somewhere with the hosting service.
We really enjoyed our stay. We traveled with another family and there was plenty of space for us all to gather. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Having laundry facilities was an added bonus. The views were amazing and the house was stocked with anything we needed to cook. Our favorite time was sitting on the deck and enjoying the sunsets together. We will definitely be back!
Location was as expected with lovely view. Place was reasonably clean with just a few spots under beds, furniture that were visibly dirty. Very disappointed that we could not regulate the A/C. Only cooled off to 78 during the day (it was in the 90âs a couple days) didnât seem to be on at all at night. It was very uncomfortable sleeping. Hiking and restaurants were fantastic. House was well equipped except no hair dryer. Message to host was unanswered
I rented this place with another couple and there was plenty of space. There were two bedrooms with king beds which was nice as both couples could have king beds. I loved the high ceilings in the living room as it made it feel so spacious. I loved waking up every morning with views of mount Washington. It was so close to skiing in Jackson and about 20 minutes or so to Conway. /North Conway. The management company was so responsive, if I had a question or issue, they would respond via text almost immediately or within a few hours. The house was so clean and immaculate. They provided all the basics (Towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels etc) The Wi-Fi was fast and easy to connect to. Overall, an enjoyable place to stay we all felt completely relaxed. The only advice I would give is in the winter, make sure you have a 4X4 or an all-wheel drive vehicle as the street to get up to the house is on a huge hill and the driveway has a huge hill which can be difficult if snowy. The driveway was plowed and sanded which was also a huge bonus. We loved it so much that we are considering renting again next year.
We were impressed with this property. It had all the amenities anyone could ask for, was neat and clean, and located in a nice little town. The views of the mountains were amazing, especially the sunsets.
Received the access and wifi codes 24hrs prior to checkin, checked in a little early on Thursday afternoon, the driveway was pretty steep and it had been sanded but was still a little icy so the 4wd is a must, the house was very clean and exactly as described, its beautiful with an unbelievable view, the beds were very comfy and the house itself was very spacious, there are so many things to do close by its aawesome!
This property worked will for 2 couples and a single. Plenty of room to spread out. Great deck and the views from inside are spectacular with Mount Washington as a backdrop. House was clean, well supplied and comfortable
This house is spacious, clean and has an absolutely amazing view of Mount Washington. The beds are extremely comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. If there was anything I would improve, it would be the size of the shower, which was very compact. The dishwasher didnât work and they werenât able to service it while we were there so we ended up washing the dishes by hand, which was not a dealbreaker. This house was well stocked with anything you may need. I would give it 4.5 stars if I could.
The house is located near the center of Jackson, as well as all the hiking, waterfalls and nearby attractions. What made this lovely house an amazing house was the views of Mt. Washington and the Montalban Ridge. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were cozy and the tubs were greatly appreciated after a day of hiking. We will definitely be renting again!
Clean, cozy, and comfortable. By family and I had a fun and restful time in this gorgeous home. It felt like home but with an incredible views of the mountains. Plenty of space to spread. The telescope was a much appreciated special touch.
Beautiful views, remote but close to town, quiet, spacious. A really wonderful place to stay! Bottom door was very hard to open. Showers were quite small for otherwise large luxurious bathrooms. Canât wait to stay again in the future!!
