ABOUT TOES IN THE SAND
The main living area features a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining area. The kitchen features stunning granite countertops, a Keurig coffee maker, and stainless-steel appliances and is fully stocked with all you need to cook your favorite meals! Just past the dining area are the living room with sliding glass doors and views of the Gulf, a flat-screen smart TV, wireless high-speed internet access, two cozy chairs, and queen size sleeper sofa that can accommodate two. Your family will love relaxing in this comfortable living room after a day at the beach! Take a step out onto your private balcony and be amazed by the stunning views.

The main Master bedroom features a King bed with a flat-screen TV and an attached private bathroom. The 2nd master bedroom includes a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. The bunk den includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed, TV, and private bathroom. A washer and dryer are located in the hall for your convenience.

RESORT EXTERIOR CONSTRUCTION NOTICE
The resort will be undergoing significant improvements from September 24, 2024, through the end of 2025, weather permitting. These enhancements include repairs and replacements to the stucco façade, concrete, sealants, parking deck, and the application of a fresh coating. During this time, you may notice construction workers, equipment, slight noise disturbances, and temporary closure of certain amenities. To help you make the most of your stay, we've already applied a construction discount to the pricing. This is a great opportunity to enjoy a fantastic vacation at a reduced price! Please note that no additional discounts will be applied once your reservation is made or after check-in. For the most up-to-date information on the project, feel free to contact our team or reach out to Shores of Panama directly, as they provide us with all the details. PARKING & WRISTBAND FEE
Shores of Panama charges a mandatory fee of $100 per reservation for parking and wristbands. This one-time charge will provide you with 8 wristbands and parking passes. Guest to pay in the main lobby at the concierge desk upon arrival. This fee is not included in the cost of the rent. The fee is subject to change as it is set by the onsite HOA. You must have proof of reservation when purchasing your packet.

STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.

Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property provides Resort Wi-Fi and is considered an "open/public network." The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don't forget to log out when you leave.

PARKING / WRISTBANDS
⭐ When you check-in, you will receive two parking passes and eight wristbands. You will check in at the front desk to pick up these items. There is a one-time fee of $100.00. You will get one reserved parking space (#207), and your other vehicle will park in the first come, first serve areas. The parking garage code will be sent in your check-in email. This fee is not included in the cost of the rent. The price is subject to change as the onsite HOA sets it. You must have proof of reservation when purchasing your packet. Please note that the HOA does not allow golf carts or scooters. There is a height limit since you will be parking in a parking garage. Please reach out if you need to know specifics. PARKING: 1 RESERVED PARKING SPOT. MAX 2 VEHICLES (STRICTLY ENFORCED).

BEACH SERVICE
⭐ Typically, beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas are found on the balcony. This is a leave one, take one setup, so we do not guarantee what will be available upon arrival. After your arrival, you can reserve beach chairs and fun water sports activities with the on-site beach vendor!

POOLS / HOT TUB / RESORT AMENITIES
⭐ There are wonderful amenities provided at the Shores of Panama! The resort offers a spectacular beachfront deck with a zero-entry, lagoon-stye pool, a kids' play area, and a Jacuzzi. You can also enjoy the heated indoor pool and jacuzzi. So many options for you to choose from! Enjoy lunch at the Shoreline Bar and Grill or head inside the Coffee & Pizza shop for a sip of coffee or a scoop of yummy ice cream. If you prefer, there are also common area grills you can use. There are beach chairs and exhilarating water sports rentals available to rent on-site! You will fall in love with everything the resort has to offer! Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to each amenity. Use all amenities at your own risk!

SECURITY
⭐ Our property currently does NOT have an entry camera, but the resort does have cameras. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages.

PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.

BOOKING
⭐You must be 25+ to book
The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property.
Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in.
No events or parties are allowed.

CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐ Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.

EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.

KITCHEN
⭐ Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.

SMOKING
⭐ NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.

REFUNDS
⭐ Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.

The property location was perfect! Trims were comfortable and the bunk beds were ideal for the kids. My only complaint was that the floors were dirty and turned our feet black from when we walked in the door.

July Trip

The condo is as described and has easy beach access. I would warn anyone staying at the Shores of Panama about the parking garage. There is no monitoring of who is coming in and out of the garage. There is a person with very little communication skills watching the entrance and exit. Our last night at the condo the reserved parking spot was taken by someone with no parking pass, leaving us with nowhere to park. We were told by the “staff” that either we could find a non reserved spot or call the towing company. They were no help to us at all. We did call the towing company which took almost three hours to come and tow the car. How they are in the garage with no parking pass couldn’t be explained.

Shannon and I moved from St. Louis, MO, to Destin, FL, in the Summer of 2011. I have over 20 years in the Property Management field, including Vacation Rentals, Multi-Family, and Senior Living. I am also a Realtor with Worth Clark Realty. Shannon is our “go-to guy” and always goes above and beyond. He handles most operations, including Inspecting and Scheduling Turns, Owners' Statements, and Accounting, and helps oversee our Housekeeping Department. You will find that we are passionate and very hands-on. Not only are we available to our Homeowners at all times, but we are also available to our guests.

God has blessed us with our two children, Riley (18 y/o) and Jax (8 y/o). Our hearts and home are also filled with our fur babies! We support our local animal shelters and rescues.
We look forward to our Friday night movies at home with our children, fishing (although we aren't any good at it – haha), church, and Sunday football. We are very family oriented and find that most homeowners become like family to us.

In the Spring of 2016, we expanded our business by hiring Debbie. She is my amazing mom! When it came time to hire someone, it only made sense to bring her on board! You honestly can't find a more caring, loyal, and trustworthy person! Debbie handles all of our reservations and during the summer months, she helps with our inspections. If you ever want to hear a friendly voice and be uplifted, call her!

We can't forget about the rest of our team! EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON. on our team is important to our success. Our goal is to hire folks with passion, enthusiasm, and motivation to win! We want them to know that no detail is too small, and a happy guest is a repeat guest! There is nothing more rewarding than to receive a compliment about how genuine and hard-working we are! Small gestures go a long way in this business! We love to WOW!
