This quaint home is tucked in a quiet neighborhood away from the noise of the city. Lovely mature trees line the street, shading you during a stroll. Restaurants and shopping are just around the corner for a fun time on the town. Whether you are here for an exciting excursion or a productive business trip, this home has the amenities and extras you have come to enjoy at high-end accommodations.

Please note, my home welcomes dogs. To ensure that your booking total includes the pet fee, ensure that pets are listed in your guest count at the time of booking.

Here is the Pet Policy for my home:

- Pets must be fully housebroken and potty only outside.
- Please clean up yard deposits and dispose of them in an outdoor trashcan.

We were traveling for a dog trial and was needing a backyard for our dogs and a good place to sleep. The bunkbeds are truly for children. Don't expect an older adult to get good sleep. The area and backyard were wonderful. The house was sparkling clean and the host were wonderful. We ended up with over 200 in fees for this trip due to the number of dogs we had with us. Although we cleaned up after our dogs and made sure not to leave any footprints of animals in the house. If I were vacationing with my kids and family in this area it would be a great place to return to after a full day.

Liz, I appreciate the thoughtful review. Traveling with 4 dogs doubles the pet fee as the standard fee only covers the first two dogs. I will definitely look into replacing that bunk. Thanks for bringing that to my attention. Guest feedback is very valuable to me as i continue tolook for ways to improve my guest's experiences. Thanks again!

Very comfortable clean and quaint. The fenced in yard for our dog River was a real plus. A new mattress for the bottom bunk would be nice but all all good.

Family Aquarium Trip

Our family of 4 (mom, dad, and 2 toddlers) had the best time staying here on our trip to Springfield. We came to town for the aquarium and found lots of good food and fun. The kids had a blast sleeping on the bunk beds and the house had everything we needed and more. It was the perfect location for everything we wanted to do. Thank you!!

Great Location and cute house!

This property is conveniently located to all things in Springfield. It is a great quiet, safe neighborhood. The house is well stocked for anything you need. The bathroom is cozy, but everything worked great and slept fine on the beds! Would stay again.

MSU visit

This was a great home to stay in while we visited our daughter who attends MSU. We were able to relax and spend quality time with her- playing games, baking cookies, and having a “home-cooked meal.” Being able to bring our fur-babies with was an added bonus! Thank you for your hospitality.

Clean, Quiet, Charming

Great space inside and out. Everything was spotless inside and the back yard is huge, plenty of space for my daughter's dog to run. The place is centrally located, but in a quiet neighborhood. Overall, we had a great visit and would definitely stay again.

The merriest little Christmas!

Traveling for work this year and wanted a place to host my family and pets. It was perfect! Nicholas put the cutest little tree up for our family, kitchen was stocked with plentiful supplies, the beds were so comfortable and there was even a doggie door. If we’re ever looking to stay in the area again, I’d pick this place every time. Thank yall for everything!

Quick family visit

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the vacation rental was exactly as described. Nicholas was great to communicate with and they left up the Christmas tree for us to enjoy a late Christmas while visiting our family. The backyard was perfect for our fur babies to exercise. We will return!

Great stay with my Mom and 2 big dogs!

We loved the house and yard. Nicholas was a great host. Second bedroom is set up for kids moreso than for an adult as the mattress is thin with no box spring so I slept in the queen with my Mom! Thanks for a great stay!

Everything we needed for our small family and pooch

Very responsive property management who were easy to get ahold of when we needed to. Basic housewares of things you might need are all there of basic quality. Pack-n-play was nice looking but was too flimsy for our average sized 10 mo old. Lots of little perks like a doggy door and small crate of toys for the littles. Great area of town. Overall a great place to stay with good value.
