"Very clean, quiet cabin that was a great place to return to after exploring the Gatlinburg for the first time. The Cabin was easy to get to, right off the main road and far enough way from downtown to feel removed from any crowds. There is some construction happening in the Resort area, so no fitness center but that was communicated to us. "We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s on the quiet side of Gatlinburg but still an easy drive into downtown and to Pigeon Forge. Dollywood was about 30 minutes away and I’d highly suggest taking the scenic backroads through Buckhorn Rd to miss the traffic. My kids enjoyed the bunk beds and movie area in their room. "Okay wow! John was a great host! This was a last minute booking because my wife accidentally booked a place in Galveston 😂 but our family had a great stay. John was easy to communicate with and the check in/check out process was very clear and easy. Our kids (ages 7.5 and 5) loved the movie nook while we hung out in the hot tub :) Nice to not worry about steep roads getting to the cabin as well. Wonderful

Everything was awesome! Loved how quiet the area was! Not a bad drive to downtown! The only complaint is it gets extremely hot upstairs when heat is on but cold downstairs! We managed to adjust!!!! We loved it and will be back again!!!!!!! Thank you for allowing us to stay. The owner was very nice and offered to send someone to help us multiple times when we had minor issues!!

Volleyball tournament

John’s cabin was exactly as advertised. We were with another family of 3 (6 total) for our daughter’s volleyball tournament at Rocky Top Sports complex. It was super convenient to Rocky Top and kept us away from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg and we could easily get to Pigeon Forge through the back roads. Loved that we did not have to travel up winding roads to get to the cabin. Honestly, we only slept at the cabin, but would definitely stay here again and enjoy the amenities or for another sports weekend. There was a dollar general nearby and Crystelle Creek restaurant was very good.

We enjoyed it very much however the hot tub was pretty much unusable due to such an oder coming from it.

Really good space, great pool

Cabin was newer and certainly felt like it which was nice. lt was our first time in a cabin, so being able to hear everything throughout the place was unexpected. Not sure if that's normal. The pool facility was great and the kids loved it. It's especially great for younger kids like ours. You'll enjoy your stay overall.

Beautiful Clean Cabin

Our family had a wonderful stay at the 3 Kings Cabin. It was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked for our needs. John was easy to reach, answered our questions, and made recommendations for the area. The community pool area was beautiful, too. The cabin is located in a quiet, family friendly resort and is about 15 minutes from Gatlinburg. We would definitely stay here again!

Hi, I’m John! I was born and raised in California but have lived all over the United States working as a Registered Nurse. Currently, I live in San Diego with my wife and two children :)

When not chasing after my son and rolling around on the floor with my daughter, you'll find me on the golf course, running trails or exploring a new brewery.

My favorite travel destinations include - The Great Smoky Mountains National Park (of course!), New Zealand, The Hawaiian Islands and the California State Parks.

My aim is to provide a second to none host experience that is personable yet professional. I want guests to feel at home and free to communicate. Nothing is more important than you enjoying your vacation - I'd be honored to be a part of it in any way.
