**Bedroom 6 is not a true bedroom. It's in the basement tucked in a corner, but is perfect for additional sleeping space!**

Stay as posted was a nice weekend getaway. The only confusion on location was the street the home is located on but if your checking in during sunlight hours youll find your way easier than at night. Plenty of room for a traveling group, right by the water kiddos had a blast fishing off the dock. Plenty of room to have coffee and dinner without being right on top of eachother. And 15 minutes from town. Plenty of room for parking as well.

Parking was tight and there was little space to turn around. The road going to the property is one lane with a steep drive to the side. We were in a suburban and had to do a three point turn just to get out of the drive. Other than that it was a nice property with plenty of room

We loved our stay at this place! 3 families, plenty of sleeping and parking for all 5 of our vehicles. We also had 2 boats and the dock was great too!

Pros: Overall, this cabin was wonderful for our stay! We were there for our youth group girl’s camp and it was perfect for our needs! Plenty of parking for our vehicles. The two fridges were helpful. Plenty of towels and extra bedding. Lots of kitchen supplies and storage space. Cons: a washing machine was delivered and needed to be installed in the middle of our stay, with very little notice. We had to shuffle our cars around, and then move our things as the delivery men came into the personal space of a group of teenage girls. As someone with vacation rental experience, I don’t feel like this was really handled properly. Deliveries are scheduled with enough time to have given us proper notice in advance.However, overall our stay was very positive and we would definitely utilize this cabin again!

Glad the cabin worked well for your youth group and that the parking, two fridges, towels/extra bedding, and kitchen supplies met your needs. I’m sorry about the unexpected washing machine delivery and the intrusion into your group’s space — that should have been scheduled with plenty of advance notice or handled outside your stay. We’ll follow up with the vendor and update our procedures to prevent in-stay installations and protect guest privacy. We appreciate the feedback and would welcome hosting your group again.

Fantastic Summer Family Vacation Rental

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property on the lake. Having a dock for a rental pontoon boat and to swim off of was just perfect. A great family vacation spot. Jeffrey was so accommodating and responsive. Definitely a winner!

Family Reunion

Our family loved the location and the house was very spacious, perfect for all ages. The kids were in the water non stop and loved jumping off the dock. The host was great at getting back to me with any questions we had in a very timely manner.

Perfect for our large family in for a wedding

The owners were excellent to deal with, quick to respond. The house slept a LOT of people, had everything g we needed. Parking was the biggest issue, and the steep steps unloading and loading. Otherwise it was perfect, highly recommended!

Time at the lake

Overall we had a good time. The bunk beds really are for children, slight inaccuracies from listing such as one of the rooms having a full size bed instead of queen. They had fans available, and everything needed in the kitchen/bathrooms. So if you forget toiletry you are good. We had a blast.

This house is a nice size and pretty! The stairs are a lot but not near as bad as we'd anticipated. The dock is large and easy to swim off of. The property itself was challenging to find with a GPS and could use some better signage of where to park, especially when guests are arriving after dark. We slept 12 adults comfortably, had a boat rental company pick us up and drop us off right at the dock and were within 30 minutes to plenty of stores and places to eat. The beds were cozy, plenty of pillows were provided, the water was hot with good pressure, and there's plenty of kitchen and dining space for a large group. We loved spending evenings on the deck.

Great Place

The house fit our needs well. The kids, all but one, teens, had the downstairs. That worked very well. Loved the dock and used the toy closet for enjoying the water. One of the toy chests wouldn't open, but a guy came and opened it for us and brought more items. Used these lots. It was great! Really enjoyed the deck!! Only about a 15 minute drive to Camdenton where there is a Walmart if supplies are needed. Located in a quiet cove! Nice! We would stay here again!!!
