Stylish beach front, 10 person cottage (ideal for up to 8 adults or two families). With crystal blue water, magical sunsets and one of the best beaches on Georgian Bay. You can see Blue Mountain twinkle in the distance. Access to four amazing decks. It has 4 bedrooms and one loft space sleeping area. It just has been newly renovated with love and intention. We want you to have the best vacation. This is not just a rental. It’s a place to make memories and reset to what is important in life. I call it my bliss. I hope it is yours too!

Stunning beach property

Beautiful house, right on the beach. Even lovelier than the pictures. Everything that we needed and more. Spacious and clean, Kitchen was well appointed and living room was large, comfortable and had stunning views of the beach. We would love to return to this place and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay. Monica is a great host,

Perfect girls weekend getaway

This cottage is magical and is every bit as beautiful as the photos! It exceeded our expectations. It was a fabulous spot for a girls getaway, it would be great for a family escape as well. The cottage is cozy, well cared for, comfortable, very clean and the host Monica is beyond amazing! The beach is at your door step and the view is spectacular! Monica has made this cottage into a serene retreat and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back!

Fantastic Beachfront Home and Location

Our family of four with two kids 3 and 5 and a fantastic week at the beach. House is very well appointed with all of the household items required to have a fully enjoyable experience (coffee, bbq, tupperware, etc.). Spent the week listening to the waves and watching the kids play on the beach from the high quality beachfront deck. Looking forward to coming back.

Highly recommend - we plan on staying here again!!

This property is GORGEOUS! The house has had a full renovation and looks immaculate inside. The finishes are incredible and it's fitted with incredible features (e.g., electronically powered blinds, comfy furniture, the best fridge I've ever seen - once you see it, you'll want one!, etc.). The host is wonderful, prompt with replies, and exceptionally considerate. She helped identify a number of activities for our children and also left us a welcome gift (for the adults and the kids!). If you're going to go in the summer, you're in for a treat! The beach is BEAUTIFUL, and the particular beach right in front of this property is the best section of the entire beach (actually! we walked the entire beach). There are no rocks and it has a relatively shallow shoreline, so it's really nice/safe for children and also great for swimming. There's a nice deck with high end patio furniture for enjoying the beach from a nice perch (great for sundowners!). The fire pit is also a really great feature for evenings! Highly recommend.... we will be back!!

Great Beach Cottage

Our family had a wonderful time at this property. The house is beautifully designed and decorated and the host, Monica, is very organized and responsive. From the lovely welcome basket to the beach toys and multiple seating areas, every detail has been taken care of including a nice kitchen with all the tools for our stay. Hope to come back and would highly recommend.

Hi, my name is Monica. I am in my 40's and love to travel and be outdoors. I'm a Mom of two great kids, have a great family and circle of friends. My purpose in life it to live with love and be a creator of experiences.

We are looking for family and friends that want to make special memories and treat this as their own cottage. We put in a lot of work into buying things that would give us and our guests pleasure. This is not a party place. It’s a place to unwind, have fun, explore and make lifetime memories with the ones you care about the most.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Access to the beach front and a series of linked beaches. Private driveway that can fit 3 vehicles. You can go for some lovely walks. But may want to consider. Active type - explore the area where you will find 3 ski resorts, hiking trials, fabulous road biking. Quiet time - stroll small quant towns, visit flea markets and or go to the local zoo or bakery.

One of the major highlights, we have thousands of square miles of open freshwater right at your footsteps. No need to haul anything to the beach! Water visibility is stunning, making swimming and snorkelling excellent. Shallow enough to make it safe for the younger ones and going further out - fun enough for the older kids and adults.

Other notes: Even though it's a public beach you can't park on the roadside and there is no parking, so you will only have locals that can walk to the beach as your visitors. BONUS: 5 minutes away from a convenience store, LCBO and ice cream shop. 7 minutes away you have Wasaga Beach Adventure Park that has paint balling, escape rooms and Axe throwing. 15 minutes away from Elmville and downtown Wasaga Beach. You'll find grocery stores, Walmart, cafes, bakeries (best croissants ever!), restaurants, and so much more. You'll also find nearby the Elmville zoo, go-cart tracks, mini-golf and other fun family activities. There is also a Marina close by where you can rent jet skis. 25 minutes away from Collingwood for an array of outstanding restaurants and bars. 30 minutes away you have access to Snowshoe and Horseshoe Valley. 45 minutes away from Blue Mountain Village for more family fun actives and restaurants. On the beach. It's wonderful for SUP or Wind Surfing. Mother Nature will dictate. For road bikers. You will love the windy roads and scenery. For skiers, Access to 3 resorts! We have a ski warmers and wracks to keep things organized and dry.
