Weslyn by the Bay - Comfortable Home Quiet Neighborhood Steps to the Bay

Welcome to our bayside family friendly vacation home! Beautiful two story bay facing home with plenty of space and natural light. Enjoy the world famous sunset from the front porch!

The kitchen has everything you will need if you choose to stay in and cook a meal or grill on either the propane or charcoal grill. Enjoy eating out on the rear deck or in the dining room with a table that seats eight! The backyard is fenced and ready to enjoy!

Large living room with a smart TV and high speed internet. The master suite is a great getaway at the end of a busy day, the cathedral ceiling, private bathroom and views of meadow and sunsets . Our home has 3 bedrooms total and two and half baths. Large driveway with parking for four cars. Just a short one and half blocks to the very private bay in a nice quiet family friendly neighborhood with charming homes and direct beach access. Take a walk to the peaceful bay every morning to look for shells or bring the two person kayak and head back in the evening to take in the sunset over the water! Drive to historic Cape May, Wildwood and other area attractions in 15 minutes. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach toys provided. Also, a fold away crib for little ones.

Our family loves the Cape May Zoo, Naval Air Station, as well as the many local wineries. Cape May County Park South is located across from our neighborhood with basketball courts, play sets, baseball and soccer fields.

One well behaved dog less than 20 lbs, to be crated when not home.

The property is clean, comfortable, and has everything you might need! The owner is quick to respond, for any queries. Few mins drive to Cape May, Wildwood etc. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Beach Weekend

Had a great time at this spacious, quiet and comfortable house. Kyle and Maggie made it so effortless to get ourselves to the beach by providing beach passes, beach chairs for a big group, multiple umbrellas, and toys for the kiddos. A great home base for exploring the Cape May area.

This house was perfect for my wife and I to spend time with our son and his children. Great amenities. Short drive to Cape May, Wildwood, Stone Harbor, etc. for ocean beaches, shopping etc. Good restaurants nearby.

Just right

This was a lovely house which met all our needs. It is a 15 min drive to downtown Cape May, but the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The host, Kyle, was very responsive and very accommodating. It was a VERY COMFORTABLE house and I would highly recommend it.

Unforgettable stay

House was perfect, so clean and everything needed for 2week stay. Beautiful home in a quiet aréna. This Realy was idéal for our family and we enjoyed being together there . Communication with owner was the best l have ever experienced at any other vacation. Such a wonderful time and definitely looking to book again

Fantastic stay especially for families with toddlers and young children!

We stayed here with another family and between us we had a total of four kids under six years old. All the kids absolutely loved the house. The toys and books were so helpful while on vacation and the fenced backyard was perfect to let them burn off energy between beach days. The kid-friendly plates and cups came in handy too. The house was well appointed with minor essentials. Kyle was a great host and everything went smoothly. The location was perfect for families: a quiet area but a short drive to tons of beaches and attractions. I can't recommend this rental enough!

Enjoyable

I love this house it had everything that was listed. Very nice neighborhood and was a short distance to the park. That we used to celebrate day 2 of my sister’s birthday. My brother and wife loved being able to walk down to the beach while my other sister and husband enjoyed relaxing on front porch. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Such a wonderful time

Great Girls Weekend

Had a wonderful weekend in Cape May at this quaint house. Kyle was helpful and responsive and seamless to work with. The house was clean, a great size for 6 of us and had everything we needed. About 15 min to downtown and nice and close to the brewery. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway!

Cape May by the bay

It was excellent the property was just right for our stay, minutes to Wildwood, the beach and historic Cape May. We had 2 little ones and one day it rain but the attention to detail by Kyle in providing toys for the children was truly a nice touch. We enjoyed every minute.

Calm and comfortable lodging

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay near the Bay next to Cape May. The residence was fairly new with nice wooden floors downstairs and plush rugs upstairs. Beds were very comfortable. The property had front porch and back deck with enclosed back yard. Kyle the owner was available to talk to at a moments notice. You could tell he wanted us to enjoy our stay. It is true the sunsets on the Bay side of Cape May are incredible! Cape May township and beaches only minutes away. Quiet neighborhood. I would recommend it as a vacation destination. Restaurants, history, quant, with all the essentials for a lovely vacation. Thanks Kyle and family. We had a great time.

Incredible communication!!!

As a parent of 4 teenagers/young adults, getting together becomes more and more difficult. This time for us as a family was extremely important to me. My number ONE requirement was that the home MUST BE CLEAN!!!!! It was literally perfect! So loved it & Kyle’s reply to any questions I had was instant! Very impressed! Perfect space for us & the AC was fantastic after a hot day at the beach! Very happy with the location as we went to see different parts of Cape May, Wildwood, lighthouse, the bay etc. Very happy I booked this and literally just went off of other reviews, truly very happy I found this home! Highly recommend!

Great quiet escape!!!

This property was fresh, clean, and bright upon entering with cute beach themed decor! The host left some refreshments that were a welcomed treat while unpacking to occupy the kiddos (and us)!! There’s a great block and a half walk to the private bay which is a nice change after visiting a crowded beach! Sunsets were fantastic !!! Host was very quick with responses to a few questions I had during our stay! Quiet patio and porch, friendly neighbors to boot! Mattresses seemed to be brand new and that is always nice as you never know with places that you may stay! Can’t go wrong here!!!

Wow...this was our 13th visit to Cape May and our 1st at this beach house, 13 is now our lucky number!!! From the moment you step into this brand new rental, you're stunned at the decor, cleanliness, and the well stocked kitchen. Did I mention the Guest Gift? Nothing is left to chance in this home. Amazing Stay! We give it our highest recommendation

WOW!!! This was such an outstanding find, our family so enjoyed our time in this beautiful home. Often times pictures look better than reality, that was not the case with this home. The home was as good or better than the pictures. My family commented right away how immaculately clean it was along with the beautiful decor. The property was close to Cape May's best attractions and only a short walk from the bay. This home is perfect for families! The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Our family loved the open dining and living room areas. We all hung out at the large table and spacious living room. The kitchen is fully furnished and is absolutely beautiful. There's so many great parts of this rental: beautiful deck with wicker furniture, a kayak to use, a fenced in back yard, plenty of parking, and a cute front porch. The homeowner is great to work with and is very responsive to communications. Our family will definitely stay here again, a true gem! We give this property our highest recommendation!!

Comfortable stay, great hosts!

Booked this for Memorial Day weekend with family that was meeting us from another state. It turned out great! Lots of room to hang out in common areas and the bedrooms upstairs were quiet and away from the hustle. We spent a morning walking the bayside beach day at end of street (go at high tide. At low tide the beach is huge and you’re walking quite a ways to get to the water, with large parts impeded by horseshoe crabs!). In afternoon/evening, we headed to Wildwood (25 minutes) which was entertaining. One day we took the ferry to Lewes and enjoyed lunch and shopping, made it back n time for dinner in Cape May (also 25 minutes). The hosts left a few food and toiletry items which were greatly appreciated. Plus Kyle answered our text immediately throughout whole weekend. Would definitely recommend!

Weslyn By the Bay- Wonderful Beach Retreat

What a wonderful find! House was lovely with plenty of space. It is clean, newly painted, comfortable, and has everything you might need! The quiet friendly neighborhood was steps to the bay beach and still close enough to enjoy the many Cape May adventures. The front porch is a must spot to watch the beautiful sunsets over the water. We would highly recommend the Weslyn By the Bay home and plan to return to this beautiful retreat many times!
