Enjoy this stylish coastal cottage for your shore getaway! This totally renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath house sleeps 6 comfortably. It is a short walk to the bay and beautiful sunsets.

Only 3 miles to dinner and sunset cocktails at Harpoons on the Bay or several breweries and wineries. 7 miles to the many attractions of Cape May or 9 miles to Wildwood beach. Wherever your adventures take you, you will come home to a pristine, but comfortable, environment. Did we mention no pet fees? Yes, dogs stay free!

A short walk away are the free Delaware Bay beaches. Leashed dogs are welcome on the beach at all hours in the off season, and before 11 a.m. and after 4 p.m. in season (Memorial Day to Labor Day).

The cottage was fully renovated in 2022. The kitchen has quartz counter tops, and stainless steel refrigerator, range, microwave, and dishwasher. Glasses, dishes, and silverware are provided, as well as a coffeemaker and toaster. There is eat-in seating for six in the kitchen and additional seating is just outside in the fully fenced-in back yard. Stacked washer and dryer added in 2023 are conveniently located in the laundry closet in the kitchen, as is a small iron.

Both bathrooms are beautifully renovated as well, with attractive finishes including gorgeous tile. Both bathrooms are entered from the hall. One has a low-entry shower (1 and 1/2 inch) and the other a standard size tub with showerhead. The living room and three bedrooms all showcase the original hardwood floors. There are two main bedrooms, each with queen beds, while the third room has a twin bed with pull-out trundle to sleep two.

Stay comfortable in any season with an up-to-date HVAC system, natural gas heat, and central air. For your entertainment we have fast wifi, TV with Roku for streaming, and a few card games too!

The backyard has an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Outdoor seating for get-togethers includes picnic table dining for 6 along with 4 Adirondack chairs. The fully-fenced backyard with grass and a shade tree has been very popular with families who bring their pups on vacation.

We provide a market umbrella for the picnic table, 6 beach chairs, and a beach umbrella. These are stored in the backyard guest shed.

We provide pillows, quilts, and blankets.

**Guests are asked to bring their own flat and fitted sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, and beach towels to use while at the property. We can provide information on local professional linen rental companies if desired. **

We supply starter hand soap, dish and dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels.
