In-season guests (Memorial Day - Labor Day) must rent Saturday - Saturday.
ALL RENTALS, including off-season, have a minimum three (3) night stay for this unit.

This beautiful unit has been totally remodeled and furnished with new modern furniture and appliances and vinyl plank flooring throughout. The downstairs master bedroom and living room and its balcony overlook Lake Powell and the quaint village of Carillon Beach; the upstairs master has a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico and its sandy white beaches and also overlooks Carillon Beach. The unit is furnished in calm and soothing grey and white tones and will certainly give you a relaxing stay at the Beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, all new cabinetry, light, backsplash and countertops. The adjacent laundry room features full-size stainless steel washer and dryer. The remodeling offered the opportunity for opening up the stairwell leading to the second level and brightens the entire unit . Come and enjoy a relaxing get-away for the whole family or family and friends.

Pinnacle Port is a gated community with its own boat ramp and boat docks leading out to pristine Lake Powell (the State of Florida's largest coastal dune lake), bocce ball, pickle ball, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball court, grills on each end of the property and two pools. Pinnacle Port is a short distance to dining and shopping on 30A and at Pier Park. At Pinnacle Port, you have the best of both worlds. Conveniently located 2.4 miles (4 minute drive) from 30A, yet still 8 miles (14 minute drive) to Pier Park! Why pay higher 30A prices when you can stay with us for a fraction of the cost and still enjoy everything the beaches have to offer!

Just Ok

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The amenities at Pinnacle Port were great. However, there isn’t a handicap access to the beach, you have to go up and down a flight of stairs. This wasn’t explained at all in any of the descriptions. My dad has Parkinson’s and wasn’t able to go to the beach with the family at all because of this. Also, the elevators were very sketchy. We got stuck several times. We kept taking them though bc we were on the top floor. Our room also wasn’t clean, to the point that my daughter and son-in-law had a booger on their sheets the first night, so we had to wash sheets before bed. The floor also had hair and sand all in it. I would come to Carillon again, but will probably never stay at Pinnacle Port again.

A Dissappointment

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a lot of money to spend for what we got. The unit was filthy - clearly not cleaned as we found clothes and teeth straighteners under beds and dressers and there was a dirty odor. Toilet was not working and it was very difficult to find someone to fix it. Orkin locked us out of the unit and we couldn't find anyone to let us back in until we saw a security guy who opened it and had a major attitude with us like it was our fault.The views were wonderful and proximatey to beach and pool couldn't be beat, but it would have been nice to have some beach chairs and umbrella available for the price I paid.I would return to Pinnacle Point but would never recommend this unit. I expected some kind of refund for the state of the unit, but never even heard a word from them.

Disappointing Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After 13 years of vacations-this was the worst experience we’ve had. 1st issue: Day 1 (Sat) - walking in the front door we immediately smell a strange odor that got worse throughout the day. Maintenance which came to investigate at 10:15PM left saying “I don’t know where to start”. We didn’t find out that it was a broken toilet drain in the adjacent unit bathroom which was over our kitchen until Monday afternoon. The property didn’t have an available unit to accommodate our group, so we were stuck having to deal with trying to mask the smell all week long. The rental office manager reached out to and told us not to return to the unit until the leak was found, but they didn’t start actually trying to find the leak until Monday afternoon (but quickly stopped to “go to another job”). They didn’t come back until Thursday afternoon to continue working on fixing the leak. Several unit owners shared that this single has been having sewer drain issues for the past 2 years and that the management company is well aware. The leak was never fixed while we were there. The smell was so bad that ultimately it cut our vacation short because we ended up leaving 2 days early. 2nd issue: Our living room TV went out, and maintenance quickly replaced the tv. However, by replacing it, they moved the living room table in front of the old tv and set the tv on it, which blocked the balcony door. 3rd issue: Lastly, the power went out (just in our unit) at least 5-6 times. We would have to go reset the main breaker in the laundry room. We were told that it happens when too many things are plugged in. (Which happened on the last night after we packed the car to leave, nothing was plugged in at all). 4th issue: there was only 1 working elevator during our stay except for 1 afternoon. Wait times to get on an elevator from the lobby was sometimes over 25 minutes. Again we were told by several unit owners that this was an ongoi

Another great Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Pinnacle Port for the past 4 years and have always enjoyed our stay. This years unit (PH15) was a great choice again. The views allowed in this unit give you a nice view of the sunrise, and a spectacular sunset view. In our month long stay we only encountered one minor problem and it was taken care of quickly. Tanya at the rental office is always a pleasure to work with and is very friendly AND PROFESSIONAL. We look forward to our trip there next year!

Great and quiet location

Had a great time staying at Pinnacle Point!! The check in process was eh. We were late check in and weren’t given clear directions on how to check in. Sent several emails and calls and didn’t get response. The unit was great except the lower floor toilet didn’t work the entire week, so we had to go upstairs to use bathroom. The condo had great views!! And awesome beach!!

Did not get what we paid for!!!! Do NOT RECOMMEND!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Before arriving, I was told 1 of the toilets didn't work, but we had 2 other toilets. When checking in, they told us the penthouse units didn't have good water pressure & to not shower during peak hours. What a joke that was! We had 6 people in our unit & it didn't matter when we showered, there was NO water pressure. Even the guys complained they could barely rinse their hair. On day 3, the AC in the ENTIRE COMPLEX went out. We began calling that evening. They told us a tech was coming to look at it. Went to bed. It was 83 degrees in condo. Woke up, still no AC. Called again & was told the "Chiller" was out & the tech couldn't fix it. They had someone else coming to look at it. We found something to do that day to not be in unit in peak of summer (4th of July week). Come back to condo about 5 pm & it's 90 degrees in there. Call again. They tell us the temporary part has been ordered, but it won't be there for another 3 days. Nothing is offered to us to make it any better. No fans, NOTHING!!! We rented though Pinnacle Port Vacation Rentals & they did NOTHING to try & make our 90+ degree condo cooler. My husband went to office daily & complained just to be told someone would be contacting us. We talked to other people at the place who had rented through VRBO. They put them up in a different condo, so they were taken care of. Another guy who owned 3 units there, was in our elevator & he said he bought each unit a temporary AC to try & make it cooler for them. He said he spent $1700 out of pocket. HE TRIED. Another family rented through Vacasa & they got over half their money refunded & they only stayed 5 days. NOT US! We rented condo for a week. We stayed 2 nights before the AC went out. The rest of our 5 days there, we had no AC. We ended up checking out a day early because it was SO HOT! Paid $3498 for 7 nights. Stayed 2 nights before AC went out. Checked out after 6 nights. Rec’d an email on way home we’d be refunded $896. We basically paid $2600 to h

We were there with our children and their children. Great property!

We had wonderful communication with the rental agent. The unit was impeccable. We had a great trip. Only negative was it was a bit small and seating for a family of 8 was a bit challenging. But over all I would definitely stay again.
