âą Pets: All pets must be pre-approved by the host. Failure to notify the host of a pet will result in a $500 fine deducted from the deposit.

âą No Glassware Near the Pool: Broken glass in the pool will require complete drainage to remove glass, and the cost will be billed to the guest.
âą Pool Controls: Pool and outdoor features can be controlled using the spa controller in the spa or the iPad/iPhone/pool remote inside the house. Please refer to the homeâs provided instruction booklet for directions.
âą Wind Precautions: Do not use the firepit or open umbrellas/awnings on windy days, as this can cause damage.
âą Pool Floats: Remove all pool floats from the water every night to allow proper filtration.
âą Firepit and Grill Safety: Close umbrellas/awnings while using the firepit or grill to prevent fire hazards.
âą Nighttime Precautions: Turn off the firepit and close all umbrellas/awnings overnight.
âą Charcoal Grills: If you use a charcoal grill, dispose of ashes in the metal ash bucket provided.
âą Heating Requests: Contact the host to request pool or spa heating.
âą Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the pool, spa, or outdoor features during their stay. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to pool equipment, umbrellas, awnings, furniture, or landscaping. A penalty of no less than $100 and up to $1,000 will be assessed based on the severity of the damage. This charge is payable immediately and will be requested through Airbnbâs Resolution Center or similar platform if applicable. Ensure proper use of all outdoor amenities to avoid these charges.

Located in Montage at Santa Rosa Indio, this beautiful, gated community is situated only minutes from Empire Polo Club, home to the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, as well as the Stagecoach Festival, where internationally renowned artists perform at the multi-day events.
Indio offers visitors a variety of outdoor activities for all seasons. It is a perfect place to enjoy the American Express PGA Tournament and the La Quinta Arts Festival. Shopping and dining in Old Town La Quinta are a must with the famous El Paseo drive located in Palm Desert only 20 minutes away. More than 100 golf courses fill the Coachella Valley, allowing the golfers in your group to play to their heart's content. If you'd rather watch your favorite athletes play, the BNP Paribas Open at Indian Wells and numerous events on the PGA circuit are sure to please!
Test your luck at Fantasy Springs, Augustine, or Spotlight 29 casinos, all of which are less than 7 miles from the house.
For a family-fun activity, drive 15 minutes to spend the day at the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens or trek a little farther to the Salton Sea and other outdoor adventures in the area. Or pack a picnic and explore the fascinating variety of rock formations and desert landscapes at Joshua Tree National Park -- 30 minutes away.
Downtown Palm Springs hosts a variety of festivals - such as the Palm Springs International Film Festival - that annually draw thousands of visitors. The town itself features art, history, fine dining, and sights. Take the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway to the top of Chino Canyon for breathtaking views of the valley floor below.
