I want to give this place a 5 star review because for the most part it was excellent! However a few minor things bring it to a 4 for me. Overall location is great if youâre visiting ASU, but Iâm not sure I would feel completely safe outside at night in this particular neighborhood. Nothing happened, it just feels a little sketchy. The entry to the house is in an alley. If you come into the alley off 11th street, the alley is clear and clean, but if you go down the alley past the house (or enter from 10th street) the alley is full of debris and there was someone digging through the garbage. Aside from that, the interior of the house is just as described. Each bedroom is very spacious with its own closet and bathroom and TV. Beds and bedding was comfortable. Even though the walls are shared with another unit, we didnât hear any noise from the other side. The one thing I was concerned about was the cleanliness. While it appears very clean and sleek, the kitchen sink still had brussel sprouts in the garbage disposal and the oven mitts were soo dirty. I wondered why they hadnât been thrown in the washer. The stove had white spills as if something had boiled over and leaked down toward the oven but wasnât cleaned. The kitchen towel also had some yellow stains(?) on them, which isnât a big deal if it was stains, but because the oven mitts were so dirty I wondered if the kitchen towel hadnât been washed either. Anyway, everything else seemed sufficiently clean! We enjoyed it!!
