This newly updated home is perfect to accommodate you during your stay in Saratoga County, NY. This 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom townhouse is located in the quiet and beautiful Luther Forest neighborhood. Just minutes from Brown's Beach on Saratoga Lake and is an easy 12-15 minute drive to Saratoga and all downtown has to offer!
The home is centrally located with multiple local restaurants, grocery store, gas stations, post office, an more within minutes!
TV's with Roku's in the living room and each bedroom so you can enjoy any of your apps for streaming! We also have the Spectrum app for some live channels to enjoy.

Washer and dryer also located in the unit

Please no parties. We are a quiet neighborhood with neighbors in close proximity

The host is also located in the neighborhood for your convenience should any problems arise

I do not charge a cleaning fee. Please be assured the house is diligently cleaned before every stay. I just do not think it is appropriate to charge guests extra fee's for things that are included in the cost of your stay :)

This location and VRBO perfectly fitted our needs while we were in the area for a family wedding. We recommend it for being clean, comfortable, safe and budget-friendly, especially compared to the cost of accommodations in Saratoga Springs. It’s highly likely we will return again!

Cute home away from home for the family.

The property had all the amenities and charm of a home away from home. I was really inspired by the thought that went into each amenity and item, this property is exceptionally planned and well maintained ! Great location is a quick drive to many local towns and attractions and the property is quiet / cute for recharging your family after a busy day sight seeing.

This is the second time we've stayed at this rental. Again it was clean, quiet and comfortable. Being seniors, one floor is a plus! What is really nice is that the host is located closeby; and if necessary, can take care of any problems immediately. We highly recommend this rental.

The townhouse was perfect for our stay of five nights. The location and access to Saratoga was so convenient. The communication with the owner was wonderful. He was very responsive and patient with my multitude of questions. The townhome was very well equipped with dishes and cooking items. An added bonus was a plentiful supply of coffee and laundry detergent. Thank you for a great stay!

What a clean and nice little house, owner responds super quickly with any questions. Stayed there will two kids and was perfect accommodations. Would highly recommend!

Awesome place to stay! Clean, convenient to everything, quiet neighborhood, and just a great place to unwind after exploring downtown Saratoga and Lake George for the day. Close by to some great restaurants, especially breakfast at the Ugly Rooster. Highly recommend and will return if available in the future!

Getaway in Saratoga

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It's very clean, a great location to everything - a beautiful backyard and fire pit and lot's of privacy. We will be back for sure!

Track vacation

The house was perfect for two couples returning to an annual Saratoga gathering. Everything was clean and very comfortable; great beds, enough towels and a quiet private backyard to share wine and conversation. We had two excellent meals at Bentley’s Tavern, a short ride from the house. Will be returning.

Oasis in a quiet treed neighborhood

Fantastic house with everything we needed. Thanks for the ironing board. Weddings with a wrinkled shirt, no good. The neighborhood was quiet and beatiful older homes stuck in the middle of big old trees. Sedate and serene. And definitely check out the Ugly Rooster Cafe down the street! Awesome breakfast and service. We would definitely stay here again

Getaway to Saratoga for NYE

My husband and I went to Saratoga for a NYE getaway to see several concerts. This is the 4th or 5th time I have stayed at this property. We love the location, it's clean and a good price. All communication is easy with the property manager and they are quick to respond and very flexible. We will continue to stay here in the future. We love the private backyard and fire pit for summer or fall. There are several good restaurants in the area and it's a quick and easy drive to Saratoga. Lots of nature trails in the area which is a draw for us too.

The only drawback at this property was the shower floors. They are slick and have no non-slip mats. Otherwise all was good.

Super spot in quiet nieghborhood

Super clean, well-furnished spot! Kitchen had what you need for basic equipment, bring your own spices, etc. The beds were comfy, both bathrooms were clean and it was handy having 2. FYI- if you are sensitive to scents, there are scented products used. Wasn't an issue for us. Our host got back to me quickly when I had a question. It was just the place we needed to attend family graduation and festivities. Close to everything but quiet. You COULD walk to shopping area but easier to drive. It's a little suburban development with nice streets for walking if you need exercise. I would definitely stay again.

Luther Forest

The location-great. The layout-fine. The quality-poor. "Master" shower-horrible, can barely turn in it, can't angle showerhead. No full length mirror in entire place. Old, warped, unuseable pans. 1 knife-bread knife. Pantry door broken. Grounds not kept up. Just cheaply done. Comfortable beds though.

Cheryl, I wish you would have communicated these issues to me so that I could have resolved them. I was under the impression you were enjoying your stay based on your messages and extension of your stay. As far as the pantry door, it was not broken when you checked in. Once you checked out I was able to fix it. I take pride in maintaining the grounds. Given the time of year and the weather I was able to arrive during your stay to up keep the yard. In the future, please just let your host know if you have an issue during your stay as I would be happy to try our best to resolve them for you
