A beautiful, cozy, cottage set on over two private acres just minutes, less than 2 miles, to Broadway, and exactly 4.4 miles to the track. Sit by the firepit, or relax in the hot tub, after a busy day of taking in the sights, dining, and everything else Saratoga has to offer. Large, 14 x 26, open bedroom upstairs with two authentic log queen size beds, rustic log furniture, a walk in closet, and log railings on the stairs. Downstairs you'll find a full sized kitchen, full sized bath, separate laundry room, and a sitting area that has a full size pull out sofa/sleeper. Over 975 square feet, larger than most apartments in the area. It's actually your own little house. The owner lives next door, so you and your belongings are safe and secure.
There is no "early check-in" without prior approval from the owner, and an early check-in fee will be assessed."

The perfect Cabin

This cabin was perfect. Located right between downtown Saratoga but far enough away for quiet, breathtaking views. A wonderful hot tub and the bed was comfy. Very clean and perfect.

Location was great. Just a few minutes drive to downtown. Enjoyed the use of the hot tub while relaxing at the apartment. The rustic decor was charming and fun seeing it throughout the entire apparent.

Tranquil and Comfortable Cabin with great hot tub

The cabin was larger than expected from the pictures and comfortable with a nice kitchen & island, enough plates and cups and comfortable beds in the loft. We loved the hot tub and the peaceful location just outside of town. Smooth entry with a door code and ideal for our family overnight. We will be back!

Cozy Adirondack Cabin Was Perfect

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Three Little Bears Cabin. While conveniently close to Saratoga and great restaurants and shops, you would never know it when at the cabin. It very much feels like you are right in the ADKs. The place was spotless, beds comfy, and the owner was readily available if we had any questions. Coming from the country, we really enjoyed being able to use UberEats fo once! Would absolutely stay again.

Great stay for college visit!

We had a great stay at the 3 Bears Lodge while visiting our daughter at Skidmore. The location is only 5 minutes from the school and the Saratoga Springs downtown area. Michael, the host was very responsive to questions and went above and beyond to make sure the driveway was plowed during a snowstorm that hit so that we could get out early for a day of skiing! Only regret was that we didn't get a chance to meet the 2 dogs on the property.

Clean and cozy

The cabin was impeccably clean. The hot tub was cozy. It was only a 5 minute drive to downtown Saratoga yet it felt like we were in the woods, exactly the vibe I was hoping for a romantic getaway.

Our stay in Saratoga Springs was lovely! Mike was a great host. The property was well maintained and very clean. Check-in and check-out were super easy and we definitely took advantage of Mike’s local food recommendations! 10/10 would stay again

The property was amazing! The cottage is like a cozy little cottage! We had a great time! It was extremely clean, directions for everything in the house were clear, and recommendations from Mike were excellent! Mike was easily reached with whatever questions we had! We had a great time and can’t wait to go back!!

This cabin was adorable well maintained and clean. We were there for a girls weekend and to see Rocky horror in Saratoga. It was well stocked with towels linens and blankets. Some of the other reviews mention that the owner lives close which is true but they were not intrusive at all. Only suggestions I would give to the owners would be to add more seating to the cozy living room and a safety bar on the hot tub stairs would make it just perfect. I can't wait to go back maybe on a calmer weather night so we can try out the fire pit. There was a red flag warning so we didn't partake of that ammenity.

Great Gals Getaway place to Stay

This house is awesome. Adirondack style furniture, very nice cabin feel. The hot tub was perfect. We enjoyed it every night, it is very clean. This location was literally three miles from everything. We easily navigated downtown and all around town. I recommend staying here!

It was very cute and comfortable..loved it only thing that would make it a little better is a little earlier check in so if you were catching a show at spac you would have time to relax a bit first.
