Lake retreat for multiple families w/ game room!

With 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and almost 2700 square feet, this lake house can accommodate as many as 16 guests. Located within the Lake Almanor Country Club, there are plenty of amenities to keep everyone entertained. The home is complete with a wet bar, free Wifi, Four smart TV's with satellite tv and Netflix included. In the garage, there is a foosball table, ping pong table, cornhole set and a basketball game. Two spacious living rooms provide plenty of space for all of your guests to relax.

As you walk in, you will be greeted by a very large kitchen, with plenty of space for cooking and spending time with all of your guests! The kitchen is well appointed and has basic spices included. A full size washer and dryer is available for guests to use during their stay. Relaxing is easy by the fire as you look out the floor to ceiling windows facing the lake! Just down the hallway, there are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The Master bedroom has sliding glass doors to the deck. The deck stretches the entire length of the house from the master bedroom to the front door. There is plenty of outdoor seating on the deck, as well as a Gas BBQ grill.

Downstairs, there is a large living room with a 65" Roku TV with Satelite tv and Netflix. It is the perfect place to watch movies with the whole family! Down the hallway, there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The garage is located on the bottom level and has a foosball table, ping pong table, cornhole set and a basketball arcade game. The home also has plenty of beach chairs and lawn chairs for the trips down to the lake!

You can rest easy on all of the NEW memory foam mattresses. There are two king beds, two queen beds, as well as a double bunk room with two queen beds on the bottom and two full beds on top. There is also a pullout bed in the downstairs living room.

We realize that mattress preferences are different for every guest. For those guests liking a softer mattress, we recommend the upstairs master or first bedroom on the left. For a firmer mattress, we recommend the downstairs king or the second bedroom on the left upstairs.

The driveway is steep to get up to the house (as many are in this area), but once you get to the top there is a large flat space with plenty of parking for up to six vehicles. There is an additional space for two vehicles to park on the lower driveway.

This lake retreat is located within the the gated Lake Almanor Country Club. Amenities include lake access, a children's playground, sports complex, two beaches, three boat ramps, summer concerts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and large fields to play with the entire family! There are plenty of tables and barbecues in the park for those cool summer nights. Located just outside the gates is the 18 hole Bailey Creek Golf course.

For nature enthusiasts, there is access to water skiing, kayaking, mountain biking, hiking, golfing, and swimming within minutes. The summer is a wonderful time to visit, but this home is a luxury in the winter as well! Lassen Volcanic Park is just 30 miles away to enjoy the outdoors.

The Lake Almanor Country Club has a gated entrance to ensure security and privacy for members and their guests. Guests will be required to provide vehicle information prior to rental in order to be granted access at the gate.

If you want to bring a boat, there is a $125 boat fee per week to the country club. For all of your watersports activities, Knotty Pine Resort is located just over a mile up the road.
