Welcome to Pedal Inn 7, where you can pedal across the street to The Momentary, 8th Street Market or hit the trails with your bike or pet. You have this whole house to yourself and YES, we are PET friendly! Approved pets are welcome with a pet fee per pet of $20/night. We offer a kennel, water/food bowls and a privacy fenced backyard for your furbaby. 3 bedrooms: King, queen and 2 twins. 2 full baths. Full size washer/dryer. Fully equipped kitchen. ATTACHED GARAGE for bike storage! High speed internet. 2 smart TV's. Quick access to I-49.

The Space:
Spacious home in the heart of Bentonville. WIFI and 2 smart TV's to watch your own apps. Split bedroom plan with an open living area. 3 bedrooms (king, queen & 2 twin beds) & 2 full baths. The home is stocked with everything you need to make meals, from silverware to frying pans and everything in between. There is a garage to store your bikes and a water hose to wash them off after you're done riding for the day!

Guest Access:
The house is located on a quiet cul de sac. You can park your car in the driveway and walk or bike almost anywhere downtown.

The Neighborhood:
The house sits on a small cul de sac which is located across the street from The Momentary, 8th Street Market and walking/biking trails. 5 minutes from Downtown Bentonville. 3 minutes to I-49. House backs up to Thaden School storage units and parking lot.

Getting Around:
Driveway to park your car and ride your bike everywhere.

Other Things to Note:
Pets welcome with a $20 per pet per night fee. Pets must stay off furniture and be crated while you are gone.
