We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was bright, well-stocked, and located very conveniently to all the great beaches of the Outer Cape. Although a one bedroom, the condo seemed larger because of the high ceilings. All the amenities were much appreciated.

This place was perfect for our family vacation. It was clean and tastefully decorated. It was close to all of our favorite places in Truro and P-town!

A perfect vaction

This property hit all the key needs for my family. The location is great, the condo is well-appointed with a full kitchen, laundry, spacious bathroom, pool that we mostly had to ourselves, and central air. We would absolutely stay again.

Lovely Time On The Cape!

We had a great time. We were very comfortable at this condo. Great place to come back to after an adventure filled day! Walked to the Winery and drove to several beaches nearby. Highly recommend this condo.

Very clean property with a convenient location

Really enjoyed staying at this property. It's conveniently located in Truro near the winery and the Salty Market. Very clean and the owner quickly resolved an issue with the TV service. It's near the road and in a condo community so it doesn't offer a lot of privacy and there isn't a yard so if you desire flowers and a garden you best look elsewhere.

Condo in North Truro

The property was perfect for a couple. We have stayed in the Truro area for years and this was probably the nicest most comfortable accommodation we've experienced. It was modern and clean and the host was responsive. The furniture was super comfortable and the tvs worked well. My only suggestion, would be providing a few basic spices in case you want to be ambitious and prepare a meal. Otherwise, we loved it.

I was here for all of November. What a wonderful place- don't let the square footage fool you- it feels so much larger. It has a fully stocked galley kitchen with quality utensils and new appliances. North Truro is chock full of great walks. I did a different one every day of the month and never left Provincetown, Truro, or Wellfleet. I could have easily stayed all winter.

Overall, happy with the stay; could have used more information

The condo was terrific and Xia was very helpful answering all the questions I wrote to her. The only issues I had were (1) it would have been helpful to have some instructions at the condo, e.g., where the pool was; where nearby parking was if more than two people with their own cars were staying at the condo, which was the case; how to get onto the internet; how to get to the various beaches; where the washer and dryer were, etc. (2) there was no blanket for the pull-out couch in the living room. (3) although the profile on VRBO was technically accurate, the statement that the condo sleeps 4 was somewhat misleading. I thought that there were 3 beds. Because there were 3 unrelated guests, one had to sleep on the floor. Never the less, it was a very nice place to stay. Thank you.

I am glad you enjoyed the condo and had a good stay! When you receive the access code from Vrbo, all information about the condo amenities and access to them is included in that initial message. Inside the condo on the coffee table there is also a binder full of this information, as well as additional information such as restaurant and beach recommendations etc. The condo sleeps four people, as there is a queen size bed and an additional queen size pull out couch. Thank you for providing this feedback so I can clarify these points to future guests!

Summer rental

Updated, nicely kept condo in a quiet neighborhood. Neighbors were very friendly as well. Only a few mile to all the Truro and Provincetown attractions. Would definitely recommend!

FABULOUS in every regard

We can't say enough good things about this condo. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable bed, very clean and a fully functional kitchen with everything I needed to cook (love to cook and don't often have time to do so.). The poo; is a nice touch and the property is very quiet, which we needed. There are a number of beaches close by, Provincetown is close and there's a shuttle, and a fabulous fish market 3 minutes away. Have them steam a lobster for you. Better than the restaurants.. The owner is very responsive and helpful and the other condo owners were helpful and friendly. We'll be back next year. Five star plus.

Visit Cape Code

We went to Cape Code first time. We stayed at Xia's place in Truro. Recently renovated one-bedroom condo, located 5 min walk from Truro vineyards and 10 minutes walk from Salted Market and Deli and Capitan's Choice restaurant. Stone's Throw Condominiums have a lovely pool, and peoples are friendly. The condo is small but very functional. Xia is a super host. She responded to messages very fast and she was very accommodating. Truro is a beautiful city with many things to do. You can access miles-long beaches with yellow, soft, clean sand without people, with bobs of seals. 10 miles north to Provincetown and another 10 to Wellfeet with wonderful restaurants, shops and concerts. Cape Cod Getaway: Offers beautiful sunsets, outstanding National Parks, & awesome bike trails

We loved the trip. The condo was clean and well furnished. I was able to communicate to the owner with no problems. She had a nice book with all the needed information in it and plenty of suggestions for restaurants and things to do.

Great stay

We had a great time at this cottage. It had everything you would need (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, extra pillows/blankets, etc.) and was in a great location. Couch and recliner were really comfortable too! Plenty of space for a couple or family of 3. Would definitely stay again.

Better Than I Expected

Xia was a responsive and caring host, I felt well taken care of. I found her place clean, spacious (the vaulted ceilings make it feel bigger than it is) and sunny, especially for this price range. The extra laundry and storage space downstairs were useful when it rained and I needed to stash my bike inside. The pool was a great option for non beach days and I really enjoyed the neighbors and property manager, all of whom relish living in this quiet charming looking tiny house enclave together. To those who don't mind the proximity of 6A, it's a great way to be in North Truro on a simpler budget. This place was everything I needed and a little more.

Having lived in Provincetown for every summer of my life since age 3, I am beyond excited to share this beautiful part of Cape Cod with first-time visitors and frequenters of the area. I continue to work and live in town, as I find it impossible to leave a place so special to me.
