Each unit includes 2 parking passes to complex's nearby lot! Amenities include a Gulf Front pool, fitness center, and easy beach access. Here’s a polished, balanced Vrbo review you can use:---We recently stayed at this property and had a mix of positives and frustrations.The biggest highlight was definitely the location—it’s absolutely amazing. The beachfront view is top-tier and truly hard to beat. We also appreciated how clean the unit was upon arrival; everything felt well-maintained and tidy. The kitchen was another plus, as it was well stocked with cookware and made it easy to prepare meals during our stay.That said, there were a few significant downsides. The beds were very uncomfortable, especially the twin and trundle, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The furniture throughout the unit felt dated, and several drawers didn’t open properly, which was inconvenient.We were also not informed ahead of time that this was a “high impac” period in Panama City. Even after explaining who would be staying, this restriction was not communicated, and it ended up seriously limiting activities for our kids.Additionally, our experience with security was disappointing. They were rude and unpleasant toward our boys, which was unnecessary and uncomfortable. Most concerning, security entered the unit without an adult present and without prior notice to switch out TV boxes, which felt like a major violation of privacy.Overall, while the location and cleanliness were excellent, the lack of communication, uncomfortable beds, and issues with security made the stay less enjoyable than it could

Condo was great. Only downfall was we were not given the code to enter the building. We only received the code for the condo door. Took a minute to get what we needed.

The 1st bathroom had a hole in the ceiling shower.. appeared the ceiling was going to fall in. We called but nothing was done. Also dryer didn't work, called and they finally did fix it. Coffee maker didn't work either. Patio furniture was very old and dirty.

Beautiful beachfront views, good location, spacious condo for family of 6 Pests were a problem, despite pest control visiting, mainly in cabinets and counters to left of stove/right of dishwasher. Roaches there likely because of dirty clutter of inoperable kitchen appliances stored in kitchen, dirty dishes, pots and utensils stored in cabinets. Kitchen could use a deep cleansing, because it’s a great space to prepare your own seafood caught or bought! Decor is very cluttered and disorganized throughout the condo, not a flowing theme at all.

Grandview East condo

We love the location of Grandview East because it’s right on the beach and we could hear the ocean from the balcony of the condo. The condo is very well equipped with lots of kitchen cooking items, hair dryers in the bathrooms and a fabulous washer and dryer. Grandview East condos are very spacious and the wait for the elevators isn’t bad at all since it’s not a huge building.
