Our cozy tiny-house cabins located in picturesque Midcoast Maine provide the perfect coastal getaway for those who want to kick back, relax, and enjoy the natural beauty of Maine’s coast. With easy access to hiking trails, charming coastal towns, and Acadia National Park, our cabins are the perfect base for your adventures. Why wait? Book your stay today and start creating unforgettable memories in the heart of nature. We are 13 miles from Belfast, 31 miles to Camden and 45 miles to Bar Harbor.

As an added treat, on certain days of the week, we offer our guests access to our sauna. To use this amenity, simply make a reservation on our Steamboat Wharf Cabins website and sign the waiver provided. We kindly ask that you review all the information regarding sauna usage, rules, and what we provide to ensure a delightful experience.

Come unwind in the serene woods of Stockton Springs, Maine, and enjoy our sauna as a perfect way to cap off your day of exploration.

We’re happy to welcome pets at our cabin. A one-time $125 pet fee helps cover extra cleaning and maintenance. Please keep pets off all furniture (beds, chairs, couches), as a minimum $250 fee may apply if evidence is found. We also ask that pets are well-behaved and discourage leaving them alone to ensure a great experience for all guests. Thanks for your understanding.

Great location

Our cabin was in a great location. We went to Acadia National Park and Moosehead Lake. The cabin was clean and the host replies back quickly. I would definitely recommend this cabin and we will stay here on our next visit to Maine.

My daughter and I had an amazing time Tyler was so helpful every step of the way The cabin is beyond cute- the airondacks chairs looking into the woods weee perfect and the beach is a gem. Can't wait to come back

Relaxing Oasis ~

We enjoyed our stay so much! We were conveniently close to everything including Acadia National Park (1 hr drive), restaurants, and day trips. The hosts were readily available to answer any questions we had. The cabin was cozy and well decorated, and had all the essential items we may have needed. We loved walking down to the beach and exploring near the train tracks. It was also nice seeing the train pass by on certain days. Sitting on the Adirondack chairs outside with a beverage was a beautiful way to end our day. The owners have created a very special place on their property. We would love to visit again! Thank you for everything!

Tiny house stay

We found Sandy Point while looking for an overnight stop on our way to Nova Scotia, and it proved to be a very handy stop. Tyler and Isabella have created a lovely place to stop for a few days, with carefully decorated and appointed cabins in a very cool location. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach, and found yummy food options within a short drive. The tiny house was very comfortable, and perfect for our needs. We are planning to return to the area to spend more time and explore, and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. We recommend Sandy Point!

In our free time, our family can be found hiking Maine's trails, visiting art galleries, eating at Maine's amazing restaurants, and looking for hidden gems in new cities.
Isabella is a locally-known artist and creative professional. Her paintings can be found in the apartment or at her art gallery in Searsport Maine, Bella Weidner Art.
Tyler is a skillful renovator, builder, and all around handyman. He's always on the look out for a unique property to update and make new again.

We also provide a Keurig machine for coffee and tea, and a TV and wifi for entertainment and convenience. Outside, guests can relax in our Adirondack chairs while enjoying the beautiful natural surroundings. Our property also provides easy access to nearby hiking trails, award-winning restaurants, and the stunning natural beauty of Maine's coast. Our tiny-house cabins are perfect for couples and solo travelers who want to experience a cozy and intimate retreat in the heart of nature. So come and escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life at our cozy cabin retreat, and create unforgettable memories during your stay.
