From the moment you step into this beautiful custom built home, it immediately feels like vacation!  You are welcomed by a panoramic view of the main lake and an oversized a-frame of transom windows which allows natural sunlight to easily illuminate the entire home. New to our home in 2023 are hardwood floors in the main master Bedroom, a brand new shower in the upstairs bathroom, and the kitchen has new double ovens and a new microwave! 

Located in a friendly waterfront community neighborhood, Liquid Sunshine is a perfect getaway home for adults and families that want to relax. Situated on the west side of the main lake, you get the best of both worlds– a gorgeous view but calm waters for paddle boarding, swimming and wake surfing! Three floors allows ample space and privacy for multiple groups. Liquid Sunshine is a 3 story house and sits above the water which is what creates an amazing view! But this means there are a few flights of stairs inside the house and also between the house and the boat house. Please reference pictures and give us a call if you have concerns about anyone in your group taking stairs. 

TOP FLOOR: 
The top floor is designed with multiple sleeping spaces which includes one large room that has 4 trundle beds (sleeping a total of 8), a full bathroom and gaming/movie set up. Groups will feel like they have their own cozy private area! 

MAIN FLOOR: 
The main floor has an open floor plan which features a beautiful stone fireplace (not operational), a kitchen with a large Sub-Zero fridge, 6 burner Viking gas range, double ovens, a separate ice maker, an eat-in island that seats 3, a big dining area (table seats 8), a built-in bar and an additional outdoor seating for 10. There is a half bathroom and a big laundry and pantry room off the entryway. This room is perfect for storing food and coolers for multiple families, plus it has a full size freezer so you can stock up for the week. Off the main living area is a King bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom that opens up to an oversized deck overlooking the lake. After dinner, relax on the deck by the fire table and wait for a full sky of stars to show up! 

LOWER FLOOR: 
The downstairs recreation level features a 2nd King bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom that opens up to another oversized deck overlooking the lake. There are 2 additional bedrooms on this floor that share a full bathroom (1 Queen, 1 Bunk room). 13 foot ceilings and panoramic windows allow the same natural light you get upstairs to come in the expansive walkout basement. There is a “fun zone” with a pub table perfect for playing cards/games, a large TV for movie time, pool table, and wet bar area for entertaining. Or step outside to enjoy a casual and comfortable oversized deck area that has more games like darts, ring toss and a ping pong table. There are also plenty of comfy chairs to sit and relax or read a book. 

OUTDOORS:
The double boathouse sits on deep water and features a 2 tier top deck that boasts magnificent sunset views, a dining area on the water, plus uncovered or covered sunbathing areas. 1 open boat slip is available to moor a boat, There are currently 2 available jetski lifts. Water toys include: 3 paddle boards, 3 kayaks, and a 4 person canoe.  Guests are welcome to use life jackets onsite, however, we do not guarantee size/fit for individuals.  Guests are encourage to bring their own life jackets. There is a 2 car garage plus a separate parking area that will fit at least 2 more cars for a total of 6 spots in the driveway. 

LOCATION:
This house is located on the South West side of Lake Gaston at mile marker 18.
Please Note: Liquid Sunshine is not available for groups larger than 16, events or parties.   
Hawtree Creek is the closest boat ramp. It is located in Boydton. This ramp comes up in a web search.
Nearest Grocery (20 min): Food Lion, Littleton, NC
