Beaucoup à faire pour toute la famille! Grand terrain en front de mer sur le lac principal avec une belle vue sur le lac et surdimensionné quai avec pare-chocs en caoutchouc. Vous pouvez pêcher et se baigner en toute sécurité sur le quai surdimensionné. Profitez de la magnifique coucher de soleil sur le lac tout en profitant de la fosse d'incendie. L'utilisation de canoë et kayak est inclus - vestes pas fourni.

Check in est 16 heures. Vérifiez est 10h. équipe de nettoyage arrive à 10h30.

Parquet massif en rez grande salle. Carrelage dans la cuisine et salles de bains principales inférieures / niveau. Cette maison de 5 chambres et 3 salles de bain est situé sur le bord du lac principal dans souhaitable subdivision Buckhead - moins de 10 minutes au large de la sortie 4 I85. Utilisation pratique de la rampe de voisinage seulement quelques portes plus bas. Juste un court trajet en bateau à Holly Grove Marina Location de bateau, essence, appâts et de l'épicerie. Profitez des principales vues sur le lac et la sécurité de la natation dès le quai!

Très grande terrasse de niveau principal avec vue sur le lac, barbecue à gaz, table et chaises de patio et auvent électrique qui couvre toute la longueur du pont. Propane pour barbecue à gaz sur le pont principal de niveau est inclus. Toddler table de pique-nique est également sur le pont pour les petits enfants.

Niveau inférieur a une table de billard, tabourets, grand canapé en cuir, deux chaises, TV et porte coulissante en verre qui sort à grand patio en bois de lakeview avec quatre rockers pour se détendre avec le café du matin ou regarder les enfants nager vers le bas à l'boatdock. lakeview impressionnant de niveau inférieur patio en bois; également l'endroit idéal pour faire griller des marais mellows dessus de la fosse de feu dans le clair de lune du soir.

Niveau inférieur patio côté béton a une petite table et des chaises pour profiter d'une boisson après-midi pendant que vous regardez les enfants grimpent autour et aller sur le toboggan dans une aire de jeux de l'enfant.

Maison est adapté aux enfants et comprend l'utilisation de jeux de société, échecs / table dames et bibliothèque de prêt.

Internet haut débit et WIFI inclus!

Canoë et kayak disponibles à utiliser.

Nouveau quai construit en Mars ici 2016.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the lake house. Plenty of room for us and great accommodations. Loved the welcome Camps sign and the Kit Kats. It’s those special things that will keep us coming back. Recommend 100%

Great Vacation home on the water!

My friends and I reserved this property for a quick reunion/fishing trip. There were plenty of beds and the view of the water was amazing! You can fish right from the pier and catch some pretty big catfish.

Comfortable and Plenty of Space

Our group spans a good part of the east coast with guys traveling from Savannah up to Long Island once a year to meet up. This location was ideal in that it could accommodate everyone comfortably and had plenty of room for parking our vehicles. The house was clean and spacious. The views were great. The property was a very peaceful.

Christmas family gathering

We decided to give our families a vacation instead of presents this year and we were coming from DE, MD, and SC. This was a great location for driving.The house is amazing with beautiful views of the lake. The layout was perfect with three different levels for three families. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans , dishes etc. the outside deck is beautiful and leads down to a very nice dock. The pool table was a request from my husband and we all had a good time with that. The table and chairs are great for eating and playing games which was also on our wish list. Michael was very responsive to our TV glitch and communication has been excellent. The summer has to be the best season to rent this house so keep this place in mind.

Wonderful, relaxing weekend

My husband and I stayed for a weekend away from the kids. The homeowner was extremely detailed in all information and we loved the house. It is a beautiful, peaceful location. Hope to be back next summer with the kids!

Amazing Property!

The house was as described and more. House is spacious, with many amenities. Kitchen was extremely well stocked. The water goodies were an extra plus. The whole family loved the location, space and amenities offered. Communication with host was good, and the documentation provided about the house was detailed and clear. We'd for sure stay there again.

Second Time Stay

Love location of property to the lake. Coming down dock ladder you can stand up. Going around dock it becomes deeper and can enjoy paddling in a tube, be on a raft or start swimming. The house is spacious and offers the amenities as listed. Would be great to have a ladder at the deep end and the existing ladder needs to be replaced. Very wobbly and hard to get up.

Gaston Lake Weekend

We had a lot of fun! The house is decorated so nicely with furniture, wall hangings and other mementos. The upstairs master bedroom area is very cool. And the pool table was very enjoyable. Love the great room. A couple of the mattress pads in the lower level were gross and the floor down there made our bare feet black. Would love to have had a ladder on the outside end of the dock.

Family getaway

My mother in law rented this for us for a long weekend. We had a wonderful time together at the house. There was plenty of room for all 13 of us. The dock was great for swimming and kayaking and the use of the property canoe was a bonus. Everything we needed in the kitchen to cook with was a huge bonus.

Perfect vacation home!!! Beautiful home on the main lake but wasn't crowded at all! The house had everything we needed and more. We had 18 people and there was plenty of room. The firepit was perfect for s'mores and ghost stories!! We will be back next year

Pleasurable and safe for kids

The house was great for our family. Very comfortable. Loved the lake and dock for swimming as well as canoe and kayak. The kids could touch bottom in the water on the near side of the dock but deep enough to dive on the far side of the dock. Gates on the stairways on the upper deck keep little ones safe. We brought our own floaties but there were also a few there. Additional fridge in laundry room was helpful.

Our 2014 thanksgiving

We chose to stay at this lovely lake home for our Thanksgiving holiday. The house was immaculate and It Had a great kitchen to cook our Thanksgiving dinner. We had 7 adults and 4 children and still had room to sleep more!! The views from the house were stunning and since we brought our boat the dock was a great addition!! I would recommend this house to anyone for a family vacation. The owner is very nice and easy to work with. We will definitely stay there again!!

Beautiful Lake and fun place to stay

It was a great few days with the family! We wish we could have stayed longer. Bringing our own linens was a pain but we knew about that ahead of time. It would have been nice to have soap in the bathrooms and there wasn’t enough dishwasher soap for our stay so we needed to find a store to purchase that. But overall we had a nice time.

Family Trip

This is our second time staying at Michael’s place. This house is absolutely PERFECT for a big family. Our kids spend the whole week jumping off the dock, shooting pool, and riding scooters and bikes. The adults love the openness of the kitchen and the newly renovated beautiful deck that is perfect for reading or enjoying the lake view. The awning on the deck is also great! We will be back next year and we are already counting down the days!

Easter Weekend at Lake

Great family weekend away in Bracey. House is as advertised - lots of room for our family of 4. Dock was really nice, and we saw bald eagles over the lake a couple mornings. Very quiet with limited boat traffic in April. Kitchen and utilities all in order. Rented a pontoon boat from Holly Grove Marina just down the road - well worth it to explore the lake. Dining and entertainment options are limited - definitely a place to stay at home and relax by the lake.

My name is Mike. I am married and we have four kids . We spend time at the lake house together every year and we love it! My parents come with us and my wife's parents do too. We have many awesome family memories at the lake house and we hope you make some great memories at the lake house as well

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love this property and this house. It is perfect for our family. It is right on the water and the main lake views are gorgeous.

We love sitting out on the large main level deck socializing, grilling, and eating while taking in the beautiful lake view. The house has a lot of natural shade from the tree cover, and if more is needed, then we use the electric retractable awning.

We also spend a lot of time at the boat dock. It is a great place to fish and swim. It has an amazing main lake view and the protected section of water between the boat dock and shoreline makes for a great swimming spot for young kids.

The community boat ramp is only a few doors down so it is super easy to put your boat in the water and quick and easy to find our house from the community boat ramp.

The main level great room feels huge, with thirty foot ceilings and a wall of glass that is perfect for enjoying the main lake views.

The basement is a great place to shoot pool and watch a movie or football game, especially on rainy days.

The kitchen is open to the main room, so you can socialize and watch TV while you prepare meals.

The lay out of the house makes it a perfect choice for three families to rent together. Three of the rooms are well suited for couples while the other two rooms can sleep five kids each.

It's very convenient to have a second refrigerator in the basement, along with a washer and dryer.

The fenced outdoor kid's play area is wonderful for little ones.

There is plenty of room for parking and a separate area at the top of the driveway where you can park your boat trailer during your stay.

Also, the location made it a perfect choice for us, as we live in the Raleigh area and the lake house is an easy one hour and 15 minute drive straight up highway 85 and just passed the VA state line.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

I love the feel of having an "A-frame type" main room with 30 foot ceilings and lots of glass on the lake side so you can enjoy the main lake view. We instantly fell in love with the house the first time we walked in to the main room and saw that. The stone fireplace in the room also adds a lot to the ambiance, and the open layout allows for everyone to be involved and feel connected, whether cooking in the kitchen, watching TV on the couch, or sitting at the dining room table playing a card game.
