You must be 25 years of age to book this cabin. The booking Guest must occupy the property during the reserved period. Reservations made under false pretense are subject to termination and forfeiture of all monies paid. A copy of your Drivers License is required with the reservation.

The front door and back door are equipped with an electronic keypad, we will send a personalized door code. Check in any time after 4:00 PM EST / Checkout is 10:00 AM EST.
We can not accommodate any early check-ins or late checkout to ensure our cleaners are not rushed/delayed to have ample time to get the cabin ready for you and/or our next guests. There is a late checkout fee of $50 for every 30 minutes.

NO PETS allowed. For the health and safety of all of our guests, we do not permit pets in our cabin. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged addition $200 cleaning fee.

★ Occupancy
Only the registered guests are allowed on property due to liability concerns/issues. No more than the max allowed guests (including infants) are allowed on the property at any time. If max guests is exceeded, the booking guest will be charged $50 per person/night or reservation will be cancelled without refund.

★ ROADS
The cabin is in the mountains so certain parts of the roads are curvy, steep, and narrow. We do recommend 4 wheel drive but we've had many guests with small compact non - 4 wheel drives.

★ REFUNDS
We recommend that you purchase travel insurance as we do not offer refunds for Weather, Natural Disasters, internet service outage, events out our control, or anything outside of our refund policy.

Loved the listing

The cabin was just what we needed for my family and I we would’ve spent the same amount of money on hotel rooms for the same length of time and been much more crowded. This space gave us a chance to spread out not be on top of each other and still have a lot of fun

Nice Cabin

The cabin is very big and fit our family good. Everything was clean except two of the 3 beds did not have the sheets washed when we arrived. My wife and my daughter stayed up until midnight the first night washing sheets. After that we enjoyed the rest of our stay, even got to see a Mother bear and 4 cubs about a quarter mile from the cabin on the way home one night. The teenagers with us had a blast in the gameroom and all other ammenities were great. The owners need to let the cleaning staff know to wash all bedding not just the master suite.

This property needs a lot of upkeep and maintenance. The smoke detectors were beeping from dead batteries. The kitchen faucet broke. The toilets wouldn’t stop running and one was leaking. There was dust around the edges of the wall. Some doors would stick and it would be hard to open and close. There was green slime/mildew on the outside stairs making them very slippery and dangerous and in safe.

Excellent Property / Communication

This property is located in a small cul-de-sac. The property is wooded on one side of the property and offers a slight view on the opposite side. There is a designated parking area for the guests staying, which is nice. There are other properties around it. Surprisingly, the neighborhood was very quiet, despite various individuals occupying the properties nearby. The property itself is beautiful. The property offered 1 king master bedroom w/ bathroom, at the highest point of the home. On the main level there was 1 queen bedroom and 1 queen sofa sleeper in the livingroom. At the lowest point of the property 1 queen bedroom and 1 queen sofa sleeper, in the gaming room/ family theatre area. The property offered various pots / pans, condiments on site, tupperware, bar soap, detergent pods, towels, etc. The grill offered, is a charcoal grill, so be sure to bring charcoal if you plan to grill. However, if there is anything might've forgotten to bring or that you might need, this property is conveniently located 5 minutes away from a grocery store and around the corner from a small cafe. I honestly have absolutley no complaints at all regarding our stay at this location. The only thing I would suggest is more lighting on the deck near the garbage cans, and near the rocking chair area. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, and I do plan to rent this property again, in the future.

Great trip, we’ll be back!

We are a family of eight; kids aging from 4-15 years old. This place was perfect for all of them! I think the younger ones would have played air hockey the entire time we were there if we had let them! The older boys loved having the big tv in the game room to play their Xbox on and my husband and I enjoyed having the privacy of the master bedroom on the 3rd floor. The two story decks were fabulous to sit outside and drink coffee in the mornings. The cabin was clean and spacious and up to date and the kids have already asked us several times if we can stay there next time we come back! A few things to note if you have a bigger family like ours: bring extra trash bags and dish tabs if you plan on cooking a lot and using the dishes and cookware. There was one trash bag and dish tab supplied for each day we were there and we definitely go through more than that. Next time we will probably also bring our bigger pots and pans just to make things easier for us. The cabin has plenty of these just not in “big family size” so I ended up using all the pots and pans and burners at the same time. The only other thing I would note is that the thermostat is controlled by the owners. You can change the temp just not whether it’s set on heat or AC so in the fall when it’s 40 degrees in the morning and 75 in the afternoon it’s hard to regulate the temp when you can’t change from AC to heat or vice versa. But the owners were super quick to respond and change it for us any time we asked. Overall we had a fantastic stay and plan to come back here next time!

Chia and Mary’s cabin was amazing. The cabin is huge. It has everything you could possibly need and then some. Very quiet. Neighbors close but still so much seclusion. Everything was clean. And we even met a friend upon arrival! We hope to visit again soon!

Overall experience was excelllent. It appeared that no one had stayed in the house for some time and was a little musty. After the AC ran a while, it was a lot better. We had 8 people stay and only 6 towels were provided. It would have been nice for the housekeepers to blow off the walkways around the house. Lots of leaves and debris. The house was in a good location and we all had a great time! I would rent it again for sure.

Family vacation

Property was exactly what was listed very clean and tidy excellent location. We had a great time! Very easy check in process, quiet neighborhood, the kids loved the room in the basement and when we had any concerns we received a response very quickly! Very close to many stores and attractions. We hope to book again in the near future!

Family had a great time in Gatlinburg. Pigeon Forge is a little further but still conveniently located. Owners were very quick to respond during check in and answered our questions promptly.

Family Fun

We wanted a nice cabin to stay in, one that was reasonably close to the Gatlinburg area, and one that offered the beds we needed for everyone. The cabin exceeded expectations, was perfectly clean and ready for us. We needed to communicate with the property manager during our visit and received prompt responses and support for our questions. Absolutely recommend this location for other families to enjoy.
