"What an great place to stay!!! The cabin is very homey and has everything you need. The location is perfect! You are close to everything but far enough away to where you feel like your in a remote location. Also it is one of the cleanest properties we have been in. John-Paul was great and checked in with us several times to ensure we had everything. We cannot say enough great things and will definitely be back."
*Bedrooms and Bathrooms: 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, The master suite boasts a comfortable king bed, while the two additional bedrooms feature plush queen beds. One guest room features a full-size Pac-Man arcade game! For additional guests, the living room includes a pull-out bed with high-quality linens and comfy pillows.

Additional guests can be accommodated on the pull-out couch, offering a comfortable place to rest.
*Outside: Enjoy the wooded mountain views from the expansive back deck, which includes a cozy bench swing, tiki torches, and a charcoal grill. Hours of fun await at the putt-putt green or the giant tic-tac-toe board. Relax and unwind in the large, furnished screened porch, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or watching the local wildlife stroll by. Gather around the low-smoke fire pit in the evenings and enjoy a glass of wine or tell ghost stories to the kids. We also have hiking trails within the neighborhood, providing easy access to nature and adventure.
*Access* Please note that there is a somewhat steep gravel drive, about 100 yards long, that leads to our driveway. Under normal circumstances, this road can be driven in a typical passenger vehicle (many guests arrive in sedans). If heavy rains have occurred, the drive can become rutted, making it more challenging to pass. We recommend a truck or SUV.
*Neighborhood* Our cabin is situated in a neighborhood of other cabins. We are situated on a quiet wooded lot, but there are other cabins nearby, including one with a shared driveway.
*Guest Totals* Please note that while our home has beds for up to 8 people, it is a smaller cabin (~1,200 square feet), and it will be cozier accommodations if the living room pull-out is used.
*Firewood* If you'd like to use our wood-burning fireplace or outside fire pit, please plan to bring a couple of bundles of wood. The Home Depot in town (~5 miles from the cabin) carries small bundles of dry wood that are perfect for either indoor or outdoor fires.
*Accessibility Note* There are 4 stairs at the entrance to the cabin, two stairs leading from the kitchen to the living room, and 4 stairs leading from the master bedroom to the en-suite master bath. These are all clearly shown in the photos, but please be aware that stairs are required.
*Pets* We know that pets are part of the family, which is why our cabin is pet-friendly. Please note that we do charge a $40 pet fee to compensate our cleaning team for the additional work needed to clean up after our furry friends.
*Security Camera* Please note that we have one security camera on the front of the house, facing the driveway/front door. The camera is visible and is for guest safety. This is the only camera on the property.
We can't wait to welcome you to Blue Ridge and provide you with a cozy and memorable stay! Please reach out with any questions and we'll get back to you promptly.
