As a guest at Grey Eagle Lodge, enjoy access to the Christmount Community amenities (subject to availability): ball field, outdoor pickleball court, shuffleboard, sand volleyball, basketball, gaga ball, picnic areas, campfire rings, new playground (accessible directly from Sourwood Rd), and disc golf course. Christmount Community is part of the SAHC (Southern Appalachian Highlands Conservancy) and offers several hiking trails to enjoy. Note: All hikers are encouraged to register at the Front Office before using the trail systems.

Important to Note: There is an exterior Ring doorbell and driveway-facing security camera. This house is dog-friendly, with a $100.00 non-refundable fee per dog (maximum of two). Sorry, this home is not cat-friendly due to common allergies. The garage is accessible to guests.
