The Swanky Seagull 30A is a 2 bedroom/2 bath family-owned & managed condo. Our family has created a space that we love in the place we love most & we are excited to share it with you! What we appreciate most about our “home-away-from-home” is LOCATION! We are on the beach-side of 30A minutes from Seaside & Rosemary, & are STEPS from the BEACH, pickleball and tennis courts, and pools!

30A is a special place to our family & we look forward to sharing it with you!

Our properties’ beach access is a straight-shot down a quiet neighborhood road, just over 100 yards from our condo, making it a quick and easy walk directly down to the beach. Additionally, offered as a complimentary and highly convenient service for all of our guests, our Beach Trolly service is available 9am-4:30pm daily exclusively for the residents staying at our our condo. The Beach Trolly will transport you and your beach supplies to and from 2 beautiful beaches. Our family of 4 uses this service daily to transport all of our beach equipment, food, toys, gear, etc. directly from the front door of our property to the sand!

We provide 2 pickleball paddles and balls, a wagon, 4 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, and beach towels for you to enjoy during your stay. We love that our place is tucked away from the crowds but still a quick stroll or ride from 30A. Only 2 minutes from the condo you'll find bike, kayak, and golf cart rentals!

During your stay, you’ll have access to our private (lit and newly resurfaced) pickleball courts, tennis courts, 2 private pools (one seasonally heated), shuffleboard court, cornhole, and BBQ grills.

Our unit is on the ground floor, so NO STAIRS! Private parking is free for 2 vehicles and located directly in front of our unit, so it only takes 10 steps to unload your kids, groceries, beach toys, and grandma.

Our master bedroom has a king bed, full en-suite bath, and closet. Our second bedroom has 2 full-sized beds, full en-suite bath, and closet. The living-room sofa serves as a great sleeping escape from your snoring roommate as well! All rooms are equipped with HD flat screen TVs!

All appliances are recently updated (washer/dryer, microwave, oven, fridge, and coffee makers). We provide a Keurig that takes single-serve k-cups as well as a multi-serve Mr. Coffee carafe.

We’ve stocked our bathrooms with products we love – Dr. Teal’s Eucalyptus & Spearmint body wash and lotion as well as Herbal Essences Argan Oil shampoo and conditioner. ‹

Our favorite feature is our personalized GuestView Guide. This is a touch-screen concierge board that we've curated specially for you during your stay! Here, you will find check-in and check-out instructions, property information, our local recommendations (including notes with our favorite menu items), weekly weather forecasts, and many other unique features.

We are located 3 miles from Seaside, 4 miles from Alys, and 5 miles from Rosemary. Destin is 15 miles west and Panama City’s Pier Park is 13 miles east.

30A has seen us through the years and holds a special place in our hearts. We hope you will stay with us and start making unforgettable memories of your own!

Great Beach Getaway

Our family of 4 and my Mother in Law had a great week! The condo was perfect for us and had everything we needed. The location was so close to the beach and pool. We highly recommend this condo and would stay there again. The owners were great communicators and easy to work with!

Good location

Good location and easy 2 min walk to beach. There are private areas of beach on both sides of walkway entry so can be a little tricky finding a spot to set up chairs and umbrella.

Great Location

My wife and I have been vacationing on 30A for around 15 years. We needed a place to stay for just a night and we found this condo. We were pleasantly surprised!!! Everything about it was great. The location is just a very short walk to the beach and the condo being on the ground level made unpacking a breeze. The condo came with beach chairs, a beach wagon, and beach toys that our boys used on the beach. The actual beach wasn’t crowded at all like many areas along 30A which was fantastic!! Overall we loved our stay and plan on being back!!

Many helpful extras

Two grandmas, daughter and toddler grandson had a wonderful stay, making memories and enjoying some fun at the beach. The condo had several convenient items: high chair, pack n play, beach toys/buckets/shovels, chairs/umbrella and most helpful the wagon and beach towels! We didn’t use the shuttle because we needed to be out earlier and later than it ran (9:00-4:30) but it was walkable with a 2 yr old who ran the whole 200 or so yards. Having pool access was also great to beat the heat of July. Overall a great space for our little tribe and would come again!

Great vacation!

Condo was clean and perfect for our family of 4. The location is great with a very short walk to the beach on a quiet drive. There is a private beach nearby but you can walk past a few houses and find a public area. The condo is close to restaurants, shops, coffee, ice cream and more. We also enjoyed the tennis/pickleball courts!

Quick Seaside Trip

My 3 adult kids and I ran the Seaside Half Marathon and loved our stay at Beach House 30A. It was so clean and cute and there was plenty of room for the 4 of us. The locations was great... a quick 4 mile bike to Seaside and close to lots of shops and restaurants. The beds were comfy and the kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed and more! We were so bummed that the weather was rainy and cold so we didn't get to enjoy the pool or the picklball courts that were just a few steps away. I wanted to note that 30A headed east to Rosemary and Alys Beach is closed for construction just past the house and it will be closed for the next 3 months. That means to get there you have to take a 20 minute detour which was disappointing. Of course this is out of the landlord's control but just something I wanted to point out.

Welcoming and Comfortable

This condo was nicely decorated and comfortable. We only stayed a short time but we enjoyed our time here. The beds are comfy and the condo is just a short walk to the beach. The owners have added nice touches to make you feel welcomed. Definitely recommend

Hey theređŸ‘‹đŸŒ! We’re glad you came across The Swanky Seagull 30A 1 of our 2 properties. We are the Haley family and we own Seascape Homes 30A!

Hunter & I fell in love with 30A as newly-weds and have taken every chance to return since then. We call it “our happy place” and dreamed about owning a home of our own along the beautiful white sands of Santa Rosa Beach one day.

What was once a pipe-dream turned into reality when we found these 2 properties smack-dab in the middle of all of our favorite spots.

We are so thankful to have secured our own piece of 30A paradise. We call this property The Swanky Seagull 30A (although our 4 year old calls it “Judah’s Beach House") and while we look forward to enjoying this space often, we are excited to share it with you as well!

We hope The Swanky Seagull 30A becomes your home away from home too!
