This unit not affiliated with the ships inn hotel . the pool is next door not in the same property. No pets allowed . we don't provide towels, we provide bed sheets only .

Located at 23 B St directly across the beach & boardwalk, you can see the fireworks without leaving the apartment as its across the street from the building.
this property feature
8 apartments all units is 2-Bedroom. Full kitchen w/all the amenities, full bathroom w/bathtub. living room has ceiling fan and an AC. the master bedroom has 1 queen bed .second bedroom has twin over full beds, and an extra twin bed, smart TV ( no local channels ), internet. All units are almost identical in which we may interchange one for the other. if you prefer 1st floor please check unit1,2,3,4 . first floor is good for elderly people and handicapped .we offer 1 parking per unit ,we can provide extra parking for extra fees.
we can provide bigger parking spot for big cars only

Family vacation

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this location. It was centered on the strip and only a few minute walk to the beautiful clean beach. Property had awesome pools and was very clean.

Checking Out Hampton Beach

The property's location makes this a five star rental. It is a really short walk to the strip and beach. Air conditioning may be a little sketchy in warmer months, but was okay for May. The kitchen had the bare minimum (bring silverware), but was adequate for our needs.

Thank you Dawn for your words . The kitchen has everything new even the silverware is a new set but it's in the top cabinet as it doesn't fit in the lower drawer . I'm sorry you couldn't find it .

filthy inaccurate property description

The place was filthy, went to the place we thought was our check in place and they stated our rented was not part of them. So no pools, very hard to find the place, we had 3 adults and were given enough towels for 2, thankfully we had towels for the so called pool. How they can charge a cleaning fee when the place hasn't been cleaned in ages, I took pictures. We actually left early and went elsewhere.

If you read the details towels not provided . Pools are next door but you never asked . Not my fault you went to a different place to check in . We clean the apartment between guest and I asked you how is everything as I do to welcome all my guests and you said everything is ok

Needs some tweaks

First, the picture overlooking a pool is not accurate. That place is across the street, I believe. This place overlooks parking lots, one of which belongs to this property and it much too small. If I had brought the pick-up, parking would have been impossible... If there was access to any pool, it was not communicated as there was no "welcome pamphlet" like most VRBOs have, that explains rules, check-out, local attractions, amenities, parking pass, etc. Also, safety feature: the outside stair railing is very dangerous and needs to be addressed. Inside: the space is fine, furniture is fine, the place is rough around the edges (unnecessarily): whoever slapped the last coats of paint took the word "slap" literally, and should maybe find alternate work. Very sloppy and this place could be so much better with one day of elbow grease, repair and paint. Some kind of paper is stuck to the shower wall and the shower curtain was less than lovely. For 3 people we had two sets of towels and no bath mat. The main bedroom air conditioner controls don't work, so you have the choice of on or off. Like I said, a little time caring for this place and it would receive a better rating. But the pool picture presented is so deceiving, perhaps that is an indicator of a level of commitment to customer service. It's too bad, and I hope improvements are made...it's a good location. We really enjoyed the close beach access.

False advertising!

Picture with pool and white fencing is not this property. The pic is across the st at another motel ! Building is run down, huge pot holes I. Very narrow driveway, stairs to second floor railing is not secure to building, grabbing the railing you come away from stairs! Lose your balance front light by door wire exposed hanging no light! Plexi glass window w air conditioner broken blinds, room large bedroom a/c no controls plug in and out to use, shower curtain snagged and bleached as cheap as shower curtains cost you would think they would put up something clean ! Paid quite a bit of money just to get an efficiency. A big mistake and so upset when I saw the building. Thought we were at wrong address it was so bad. I'm a 72 yr old woman traveled w my adult daughter. In my life I've dealt w disappointments while traveling but this topped it!! Not worth the price you are paying! Staying at ashworth by the sea hotel would have covered our stay and have a modern clean facility but without a stove! A big mistake.

Hampton Beach Getaway

This is a great location, right across from the beach and in the middle of the fun boardwalk activities. Staying in Hampton Beach, it is expected that the properties will be on the shabbier side. The unit itself matched my expectations, however I would suggest doing something about the parking setup. It is very difficult to get in and out of the assigned spot, so much so that at one point, two cars were parked the wrong way, which blocked our ability to get in. Other than that, it would be good for guests to know that the units are no frills-no closets or anywhere to hang clothes, and the floors are sandy/grimy. we enjoyed our time in Hampton Beach and appreciate that we found a unit that allowed our dog. The host was responsive in messaging throughout the booking process and our stay.
