Property was great! Clean and comfortable. Our only real complaint is the pictures of the rental make you think you can walk across the street to beach access. That is not the case. In reality it is a 10-15 minute golf cart ride (if it’s charged) to the closet access. I’m not sure if it needs a new battery but it would never charge completely.

Disappointed in the cleanliness of the house. The bathtubs/showers were not properly cleaned (hairs on the sides and dirt rings in the tub) and the floors seemed to be untouched when we arrived. So dirty that we were required to wear shoes or the bottom of our feet were black. The couch was also very dirty & stained when we arrived (we placed an extra comforter over it to sit on it for the week). I messaged the host for a re clean of the house, but no one ever showed.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. This is a great location and this was our 2nd time staying in the Prominence. It is across the street from the Big Chill which makes food and entertainment easy, and it is just a short golf cart ride to a great beach access. This property comes with a golf cart which is great. This was a cute place and pictures are accurate. I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. We had to wear shoes in the house to avoid our socks and feet being black. There was mold in the shower and I had to clean the shower before I was comfortable using it. There is a little fold up roll away bed that we ended up needing for one of our kiddos to sleep in our room with us but when we unfolded it, it was obvious the sheets on it were not cleaned. The previous guest also left the trash can outside which is strictly prohibited for this property. A storm blew it over the first day we were there so my husband ended up having to pick all the trash up. This property is not stocked with much. So be prepared to buy everything once you get there. Including salt and pepper. They provide you with a few items to get you started which is standard, but I was not prepared for the bare minimum. It’s not a big deal, just be prepared. Overall, the biggest issue is the cleanliness. If it would be cleaned properly this would be an excellent property.
