"Rita's Shangri-La" is a comfortable 4-bedroom, 2-bath home located only minutes from the beaches, restaurants, and entertainment of Fenwick Island and Ocean City! Located in the quiet, tucked-away community of Bayview Landing, this home offers the perfect peaceful escape without sacrificing proximity to the excitement of the coast. Enjoy the open floor plan designed for gathering, a screened-in porch for bug-free relaxation, and a large, wonderfully maintained community pool that is free for guest use. Whether you are heading to the water park right down the street or spending the day at the Fenwick Island State Park, this home is an ideal base for your next family vacation.
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Main Level
The first floor boasts an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen featuring a large dining table and a cozy living room. For added convenience, the Primary Suite and two guest bedrooms are located on this level. The Primary Bedroom features a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The two additional guest rooms offer a Queen bed and a Full bed, sharing a full hallway bathroom. A laundry room with a full-size washer, dryer, and a second refrigerator is located just off the kitchen.
Upper Level
The second floor offers a private retreat with an additional bedroom featuring a Queen bed and a bunk bed. This floor also includes extra loft space, providing a perfect spot for children or teens to relax away from the main living area.
Outdoor Living & Amenities
Step outside to the back deck and screened-in porch, ideal for morning coffee or evening meals in the salt air. Guests enjoy free access to the Bayview Landing community pool. You are just a short drive from Thunder Lagoon water park and some of the area's top-rated restaurants.

LINEN PACKAGE
1st Choice Properties provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for all guests; kitchen towels and bathmats for all full bathrooms. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
STARTER KIT
1st Choice Properties also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) 13gal kitchen trash bags. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.
MISCELLANEOUS
-The maximum occupancy is 10 people.
-There is parking for 2 vehicles.
-No pets, smoking, vaping, or events are allowed.
-Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
-Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from 1st Choice Properties is considered unlawful trespassing. 1st Choice Properties will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.
-The property owners we represent do not permit reservations for groups under the age of 25.
