Beach Cottage-Screened Porch! One short block to beach! Walk to Pier Village!

Are you ready for a cozy beach vacation with walkability to restaurants and the beach? With the beach a block away and the villages less than a mile, Coaches Corner Cottages is the place for you! This is a newly renovated historical building with four separate cottages. Cottage B has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, patio with dining, smart TVs in all rooms with Hulu/Disney+, communal grill area, and shared outdoor shower area. We pride ourselves on Five Star quality, ensuring you will have an amazing stay!

Cottage B, located on the ground floor, is accessible through the screened-in patio. Upon entering, you're welcomed by a cozy living room featuring a queen sleeper sofa. Beyond lies an open-plan dining space and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a washer/dryer nook. The hallway leads to a pristine bathroom with a combined shower and bathtub. The first bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, a desk for remote work, and a door to the front deck. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and an attached bathroom with a shower. Guests can enjoy the communal outdoor shower and first-come, first-served beach gear. Complimentary on-site parking is available and be sure to inquire about our golf cart rental availability!

*The cottage is equipped with a ring doorbell camera system at the front door. All doorbell rings will be sent to your hosts' phone and will not ring inside.

**Any stay over 10 days will require an additional cleaning and cleaning fee.

***Coaches Corner consists of four separate cottages in one building. This is a great place for family reunions when rented together! It can sleep up to 22 and allows togetherness with casual privacy. Hawk’s Nest is a stand-alone, pet friendly cottage next door which can sleep an additional 8. Please message for availability regarding booking multiple cottages for large groups.

Quiet time is10 pm - 9 am. This includes the outside and porch areas. Please keep pets off the beds and uncovered furniture and pick up after them.

Please use the make-up towels to remove make-up, clean golf clubs, etc. There will be a $25 fee for stained or missing towels and linens.

Our stay at Cottage B was wonderful. It was very clean and the beds are super comfortable. Everything was just as described. The screened in porch is Heavenly and the location to the Beach is nice and close! I highly recommend Cottage B!

Birthday weekend Getaway

Was looking for a nice , peaceful wknd getaway to celebrate my fiancee's birthday, certainly found it !!! Great restaurants, stores with a big variety and lots of beautiful scenery. Combine all that with a comfortable cottage to relax in complete with 2 ply toilet paper !!! Who could ask for more ?!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed the space during our stay at Coach’s Corner. The owners were gracious, and the staff was very helpful. All of our questions were answered before and during our stay. Once there, we had a fantastic time! Lori and Melissa are outstanding! Thank you both for making our vacation a great one!

Cottage Getaway

Property was as described. Clean, well kept. Nicely renovated and appointed. Great communication with property manager. Great location. Minutes from Main Street & each of the main beaches. Can reach other destinations on the island in 10-20 minutes depending on traffic or time of day. Upon return, would stay in the same place.

We had a very comfortable, if short, stay at this property. Owners were great, very responsive and helpful. The property is the cleanest place we've ever stayed and it is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, including the nicely labeled shelves, etc. We would have rated everything five stars except for the location which is on a very busy main road which detracts from using the wonderful screened in porch, but did not disturb us while inside and the lack of a handrail to negotiate the uneven steps to the deck. Owners indicated the handrail is on their definite *to do list".

4 C’s Cottage

Charming, clean, cute & conveniently located cottage. We found this property to be well stocked, well maintained and easily accessible to Pier Village, several beaches and restaurants. We walked quite a bit so it was nice that there is a sidewalk in front of the cottage. As it faces Ocean Boulevard, there is a certain amount of noise associated with being in a popular location and that quieted down at night. So great the owners preserved this property and updated it with modern amenities. They supplied everything to make this a stress-free stay., even checking in with us after we arrived. We had a most enjoyable visit!

While our actual stay was very nice (although we did not realize that the porch was shared with another family, that was a big disapointment) after our stay we were charged more for claims of stained linens when we didn't even use them at all. Would never stay with this host again because of the attempt to add on fees on the end of our trip that were absolutely made up.

To address the comments made by the guest: 1) The porch they stayed in is not shared. It is divided by a screened in area which is theirs and the area outside of the screened porch which is the porch of the next cottage. 2) We have a $25 stained linen charge. I alerted this guest immediately after checkout that there were 4 stained linen. Our team is great at getting stains out and was hopeful we could resolve all but wanted her to be aware. I received no response. After cleaning several times we ended up discarding all four linen but only charged her one charge. I sent the request through VRBO. It was only then that we heard from her disputing the linen charge. I sent the pictures and she called me a scam. I provide black cloths for makeup and feet wiping, etc. This guest still denies the damage. She was a pleasant guest up until this point but due to this behavior I definitely would not recommend her to other hosts.

Perfect beach access & history

Loved the historical charm, wish I could learn more about it. The beach was an easy quick 5 minute walk, totally worth it to stay in a real home like this. Perfect location exactly centered between the Village & K&P. Host was terrific.
